Awful company to work with all around… The point of contact is consistently rude and grouchy with horrible customer service, the work they perform is quick and thoughtless and completely lacks follow through. I can’t even express in words how bad this company is to work with. We were kind and stupid enough to pay the full cost of our project upfront ($ 3085.21) only to have them rush through it in only one day and say the work was completed. It looks horrible… there are so many weeds that we are no better off than we were before. We had them lay mulch, do «edging» around some trees which only meant that they used a weed trimmer; chopped the weeds/​grass all the way down and dumped some mulch on it… Is it any surprise that all of the grass has resurfaced and worked their way through the mulch so that it now looks like my two year old daughter simply ran about haphazardly with handfuls of mulch!
I am more than willing to share any additional information or answer any questions. We worked with this company for a whole year so this is not just one unhappy experience. I would strongly recommend not working with this company and if for some reason you choose to, I only hope that you will not be as foolish as we were and do NOT pay them upfront.
As it stands today, are yard still looks awful and we did not receive any of our money back.

We hired Brookfield Property Management for snow removal services. We made the mistake of paying for an «all inclusive» option that covers all winter regardless of amount of plowing needs. They consistently left large areas unplowed of our 3 car garage driveway and most recently came ONCE in the middle of a seven inch snow storm and never came back. I would estimate over 3 inches had dropped after they came with no return. Obviously I am partly to blame by paying up front and trusting their professionalism. I am willing to bet if we payed by the visit they would have been here three times during previously mentioned snow storm.

If I could give Brookfield Property Management 0 stars, I would. They consistently set expectations and then don’t follow through on those expectations. Additionally, they are a landscaping company that picks and chooses only easy yard jobs to do. If you have a tricky landscaping job, most likely they won’t be willing to take it on and instead of being up front with you, will tell you that they don’t have time (while still advertising specials to get more customers for easier jobs). Those interested in landscaping beware: this company will not put the customer first.
