EXCELLENT!!! Finally found a nail salon that understands the value of customer service. Hai was so kind and his attention to every detail won me over. I happened upon Exotic Nails via Unilocal and am thrilled with my good fortune. I’m tired of other salons who don’t value the customer. I will come back to this clean, friendly salon. Love my nails!

OMGOSH! This nail salon was awesome! Not only did they take me in quickly without an appointment, they were SO helpful. I explained about a weekend wedding I was attending that involved several events and apparel changes. He helped me pick a neutral color to go with all outfits AND complemented my skin tone.
Now here’s my favorite part: the hand and arm massage at the end! Totally relaxed me.
I just left there feeling great but he also mentioned that if I had an issue I the next week I should come back for a free repair.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ll be back!

Just wanted to update my review. Not only are there manicures super affordable they last a super long time! My last mani stayed on for 4 weeks!
Staff is friendly and they definitely pay attention to detail with your nails. Gel manicures are cheaper than most places in the area!
