Bronxville Village Day Spa

Do not, I repeat, do not go to this salon. the level of unprofessionalism is mind-​blowing. they moved from bronxville up to Irvington. long story short — made an appt. & showed up & they were closed. they never contacted any of their appts. to let them know — there are too many great spas in the area to even waste your time.

Where do i begin i hate to give a bad review but this spa is just so bad. I went to this spa more than once giving them a few chances but they let me down everytime. Im still waiting for someone to help me since april its now almost aug! I left messages upon messages everytime i call them they tell me the boss is not there. After a few weeks i just gave up it was just a waste of time! They rip you off they have all these rules before booking like you have to give them a credit card and if you dont have one you cant go there. One time i had an emergency and i couldnt go i called them 6 hours before to cancel and i guess they had issues charging my credit card so they looked at what family members they had in there computer and charged my sisters credit card without letting us know. Then another time my husband and i booked a couples message for his birthday i booked it for 11:30am they had it in there computer for 11:00am so we arrived 11:20 they told us we had to book another apt and the next one was in a week i was so upset and sad at the fact it was my husbands bday and he was looking forward to a relaxing message since he works long hours. Even though it was there fault for booki
ng the wrong time they had the nerve to tell me they had someone booked and if we wanted to get a message it would only be for 30 mins not a couple message or i could come back next week and i couldnt even get my money back since it was a gift certificate. I gave them a lot of chances because im not the type to complain but after the last experience id rather spend my money somewhere else less stressful

This place was RIDICULOUS! I will give them a break on the location, as their old place burned down… but the service is atrocious!
I signed up for a package, but was argued with that I signed up for everything separately… yeah, that would make sense… as a package it is 15 min longer and $ 45 cheaper… but no, I would want to pay more for less time. And even if I had, as a good business plan, you would ALWAYS offer the package!
Then I realized that my 2 hour and 45 min day was only 2 hours and 15 min… even with the separate pricing I was told I received, that should still have been 2 hours and 30 min.
There is ONE BATHROOM! How do you have a spa with ONE BATHROOM. And in that bathroom is the ONE SHOWER… so while one person, and of course women are known to take really quick showers (note the sarcasm) is in there, NOBODY else can use It!
The woman who did my facial was like the devil incarnate… she nearly ripped my skin off and I actually broke out horribly the day after! And on the other end, the woman who did my reflexology and hot stone massage did it as if she couldn’t be bothered to expend any real energy from her hands!
So all in all, I will NEVER be returning to this establishment and thank god I went on a groupon, so I was only paying ½ price for everything, as I am not even sure what I got was worth that half a price! :(

This little spa was such a pleasant surprise. I received a gift card along with my sister to come here for their facial and massage package.
I had no issue booking a time and day I wanted. The staff was really helpful. Upon arriving, we found immediate parking in the lot and since it was a Sunday we didn’t have to feed the meter.
The spa is located up the stairs on the 2^nd floor of this white old building. Once you enter the front area the receptionists are there ready to help. They immediately took us in and gave us robes and slippers. Though my sisters slippers were for children and mine were 2 right feet it was ok, they apologized and got us new ones.
In the waiting room, there were cookies, teas and lemon water. It was nice and refreshing. This place is very small and unfortunately too close to the train. During my massage I can hear the train passing by.
It was a good massage but the best part was my facial. I had Trina she was amazing. She really helped me with my skin and recommended some really great techniques which I already see a difference.
I hope to come back soon, I can use another getaway. Give this place a try you wont be disappointed.

Place is very clean. Receptionist is very nice. Front desk section is quite small and they sell some jewelry there. [which seems out of place]
Got a facial here twice and it was good both times. Decided to get a massage — MISTAKE! i felt like i was being tortured. i went with a friend who also got a massage, but she loved hers. i guess my lady hated me and wanted me to suffer with her. well IT WORKED!

What a great find. They were so attentive and the massage was superb. They are renovating and will have a new steam room as well as sauna and jacuzzi soon. Hopefully they won’t raise prices.
