I dunno who would rate this place more than 1 star (and that’s generous!)
This place is filthy. ALWAYS FILTHY. The workers are nasty and could care less. Homeless people sleep at the tables. Your order is rarely correct. It smells like dirty feet.
Is that enough of a reason to stay the heck away from here?

Pros. Food was hot, both times I dined here. It was flavorful. Good. Gave me a lot of fries. Clean. Cons. The neighborhood. You’re in the HOOD visiting this location. Can be a bit slow. NO WI-​FI. For real. This has probably got to be the only Wendy’s without Wi-​Fi. Still good. Not spectacular. Sits right on Jerome Ave under the 4 train.

Companies rely on employees to keep the customers happy and hopefully return again but not these employees. They really dont care and while Im standing here, the cashier is on the side flirting with a dude while not realizing his boys in the back are joking at her hard. SmH. It is YOUR JOB, do it and take your ghetto actions after your shift ends. Im here hungry and rushing, not standing here to watch re-​runs of grown BeBe Kids!

I know fastfood restaurants are not known for their service, but this location was particularly slow and unenthusiastic. The cashier never smiled, barely looked at you and couldn’t possibly be bothered to adjust our order… They clearly do not care if they have return customers.

I came in with my bf to get a «quick» meal on the go and we were waiting for about 20 mins just to order our food. What upset me was I saw some workers texting on their phones! I wouldn’t recommend coming here especially if you’re in a hurry. The only good thing about this location is it’s right by the Bx 11 stop and 4 train.

I didn’t actually eat here, but when I walked in, it was hot as hell… musty as hell and there had to been like a million gnats/​flies in the restroom… Smh… I’ve experienced better… :/
