Went here last November to add a line to my plan. Was told about a $ 300 trade in plus another $ 100 bill credit for switching my new number to Verzion. To this day, never got the $ 100 bill credit. Called Verizon cust service, apparently that deal had expired a month before I went into the store. Either employees are misinformed or they straight up lie to customers.

i have never experience such bad customer service in my life. A pool of bad information… I guess it works since no one makes any official complaints… Don’t worry you don’t have to worry about me I left to go sprint where they were willing to cut my verizon bill in half for the identical plan…

Disgusting customer service. It took them 15−20mins to acknowledge us and then told us we had to sign in and wait in line until it was our turn. Only one guy there who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Verizon needs to retrain their employees. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional

I didn’t enjoy my experience. 1. The staff, a dozen or so 20-somethings, spent the entire time amuzing themselves with gadgets, and left patrons to fend for themselves. I only remember them giving«once-overs» to customers. 2. Poor phone selection 3. The store was cramped. There was very little floor space, leaving nothing to see. 4. Bad location Verizon Wireless didn’t do me well.
