This place isn’t good at all I’ve been to many vape shops and by far this has to be the worse. the service is terrible and it’s like no one really wants to work they don’t help you try to understand certain things they focus is just buy the product and leave I had the worse visit here and it shouldn’t have been like that they should have been more inviting and helpful not friendly at all a friend of mine mine said the worker «hey this is my first time here and I see you guys have a lot of flavors. What would u say is your favorite flavor here?» They responds «me and you are not the same person so don’t ask me that quick followed with do you like pork friend answers yes she they say you see I don’t so we aren’t on the same page so just find what you like» and continue to build s mod. What type of service is that I don’t understand I believe the staff should just get fired at least the people I Encountered its harsh but it would be better for business I really hope this place picks it’s self up but for now please no one there if you’re looking for place to hang and vape. If commuting isn’t s prob visit Henley in soho that’s the best vape place I’ve been too and they are so welcoming almost as they make you family they also offer happy hour from 4 – 7 20 percent off all E juice … Sorry urban vape but you guys need to do better a lot better…

I found this little hidden piece of vape heaven right here in the Bronx. Great place for both newbies and experienced vapers. They have a nice assortment of e-​juice and the salesperson (wish I would of remembered his name, he’s got a beard) is very knowledgeable and patient. Drop by, make some clouds and quit smoking today!

There aren’t many vape shoppes in the Bronx. Which is good and bad. The good part means less competition, which if you’re a business owner, that’s great news. As for most of us, it’s bad. Which means expensive prices. When I first started vaping I only knew of one brand here in the BX and I won’t mention them because they suck.
On the contrary urban vape is special. It is a brand new start at vaping in NYC. What I mean by that is, we were a family that was displaced by conglomerate greed, and egotistical bindings. Out of the rubble came a little savior, and that is what I’m writing about now.
Great prices, high quality juices, «authentic» mods, and great customer service. This place has «no limits» written all over it. Unlike it’s competitors, there is NO pressure to buy. When you leave you don’t feel like you’ve wasted your money. The place has class, and good taste. If you want to escape the clutches of marked up junk, and you still want to remain in your hometown without leaving the boundaries of the boogie; fear not.
Vaping isn’t just for «real vapers», it’s for everyone! People of all ages, 18+, should be able to choose a healthier alternative to analog smoking. We all know it’s bad, but we also all know how hard it is to quit. I’m not saying that vaping is the way to do it, but it’s a great way to start. So, why should people have to be charged exuberant prices to make that decision. They shouldn’t.
This is where urban vape comes in. We «the vapers» don’t want to feel monopolized and controlled by our providers. We already felt that way because of how Big Tobacco and the States we live in controlled, and killed us, over the years with harmful chemicals and enormous costs.
#urbanvape is totally the opposite. They want to know what you think. They are always pointing they’re ears towards us, the soul, the customer. We are what makes things happen.
We already changed the world, why should we let it become corrupt?!

Awesome Vape Shop. Environment Is Friendly And Relaxed. The Owner Lou Is A Amazing Person. Knowledgeable And Great Personality. Prices Are A Lot Better Then Most Vape Shops Out There And His Juice Line Has A Little Bit Of Everything That You Cant Find Elsewhere. I Come Here At Least Twice A Week To Get Juices And Its Always A Relaxed Time.
