These«employees» are so rude. I went in the other day to pay a bill, just to run into the new hired manger who was literally screaming at the top of his lungs at a elderly customer! No professionalism whatsoever!!! After my experience here, I refuse to walk into a store that is managed by an ignorant person named«Da Boss»(literally on his name tag).

My husband went to this store to purchase his phone and had a good experience. So I came to this store to get an iPhone 6. The sales rep I spoke with told me that T-Mobile has set a condition to people buying the phone in store: you must buy $ 70 worth of accessories in addition to paying the taxes on the phone. That didn’t seem logical to me so I said I would come back another day. I called T-Mobile customer service the same day about the iPhone 6 and the customer service rep didn’t mention anything about this condition and recommended going to a store. So I went to the T-mobile store on 46th and 6th ave by my job, and was able to purchase the phone. When I mentioned to the rep the condition I was told about in the first store, he had no idea what I was talking about and said that they probably made up that condition so that they would gain more commission. I couldn’t believe they would try to enforce that and therefore would never return to this store again. Honesty is very important in running a business and this store is not to be trusted for this reason, at least when conditions are made up. I recommend calling T-Mobile customer service before making a purchase from a store who claims conditions like this on phone purchases.
