I had such a great experience here when I first visited a little over a month ago. The store is huge and offers just about everything you can possibly want and a lot of items you wouldn’t even think exist!
Staff were phenomenal. Two very helpful young ladies assisted me and the guy manning the front/​register area was a sweetheart. Prices are beyond reasonable. Check in on Unilocal and get a discount. The evening I went, the sweetheart guy up front provided me with a 20% off coupon as soon as I walked in.
Why the one star rating? I purchased an item on 12÷30÷15 and now, a little over a month later, the item, which has not been used does not charge. I read the instructions and ultimately ended up calling the store to see if it was something that I was doing wrong. The girls had turned it on when I was in the store so I asked for a new one (never had someone physically touch a personal massager being sold to me — that’s what the tester is for right?!) but they explained that they’ve had issues with people bringing them back because of the charger mechanism so they test them before you leave. Told me to clean it with alcohol and it should be all good. Should have really thought twice and maybe purchased something else before tossing my $ 60 down the drain. The guy that picked up the phone tonight was clueless and very quick to tell me that they do not take these types of items back. I clearly called to get some guidance on a product that your establishment sold me, at no point did I say I wanted to bring the device back. Even as I insisted that I just wanted to speak with someone that knew about the product, he continued his tirade about them not taking them back.
I was extremely happy with my in-​store experience here but following the customer service I just received from the person handling their phones tonight, I will never patron this place again.
Be careful when purchasing chargeable items from this place. Even if it’s brand new and sitting its original box — once you step foot out of the store, you’re on your own.

Loved Jena she’s so funny and easy to talk to. Helped me feel comfortable finding the perfect item. Will be back again and going back to her for help. She made my experience so wonderful. Great prices and 2 thumbs up for the Unilocal discount.

Nice place. They have something for everyone from intovert to extrovert. The staff is incredibly friendly. You know how in some places the staff stalk you to make sure you don’t steal something? This place is not like that. You have the space to explore the store on your own but the staff are also there quickly if you need assistance. Will be back soon!

I used to come here often for random toys but came today and WOW. New owner and management and I’ve got to say the place is amazing! Great new layout. Such helpful staff. My experience here with my girl was incredible. From the beginning they gave us a friendly discount. Then the owner then made conversation, and was extremely friendly (also a fellow bowler!). Basically it was my girlfriend and my first time at a sex store together, and we planned to make it quick because it seemed awkward, but the manager and staff made me want to hang there forever! They also made recommendations with explanations and demos. It was awesome, we got what we wanted and so much more. They also let us spin a wheel for a prize with our purchase (smart and charming touch, props) and we ended up with another discount, which was awesome! completely different store than the last time I came in. plenty of staff that are friendly and knowledgable of the products. vast selection of products and not a single creepy feeling you get at most toy stores. would definitely recommend people come here for all their needs

My experience here was incredible. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Especially Carly. She helped me find everything that I needed. She was very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean, neat and tidy.

I’ve always wanted to go to a store like this but always hesitated… When I finally walked in there was so much stuff that I’d never seen before but this worker (I think her name was Carlie or Carly) made it like I was just talking to a friend or regular person who just happened to know what everything was and what would make me feel comfortable (and a little excited) I think the variety is good for a lot of people, even if I’m not ready to try everything (yet…) I would definitely visit again.

So recently my boyfriend and I passed a threshold in our relationship. We were both comfortable to talk about bringing sex toys in our relationship for solo and couples play. With that being said, we decided it was time to visit a legit sex store besides the basic Spencers. After driving past this particular location dozens of times, we felt it was time to give them a chance.
The signs on the store seem very outdated, and make it seem as if your about to travel back into the 70s, not cool. But upon entrance, you get a very comfortable feel. You dont directly walk into dildos and vibrators. In fact, after a few steps your faced with a wall of stripper heels (some which are very cute but not reasonable price.) On the table to your right it’s different varieties of hookahs, bongs, and bowls. Very cute if you ask me.
When you walk over to the side that actually has the toys, theres a little bit of everything for everyone. From small butt plugs, to anal beads, to vibrating plugs, to small dildos, to huge ones, to nipple clamps! I mean everything and compared to the sex shop in Elmsford (i forgot the name, off the I-​87) there reasonably priced.
Within our first minute of walking around a young lady by the name of Shanice approached me nd asked if we needed help for anything specific. She was very friendly and not pushy at all. After 5 minutes of roaming around and not knowing where to start, Shanice was easily located and offered great suggestions. She actually persuaded us to try our butterfly which I can’t wait to test drive. Both girls were very friendly and helpful. Never prying but there when you needed. They seem to be up to date to all the porns and have a wide variety of stuff. I did make 2 purchases and will definitely be back!
I dont believe in perfection. And the outdated signs and some products were just unappealing. However, customer service was great, the place is organized and up to date, the atmosphere is comfty. You mostly see couples there.
