Love this store. Is budget friendly and up to date on their styles, but I wish they would make a website so I can order online, because I live all the way in Staten Island.

I love this place! The whole down stairs is dedicated to plus size –well not the whole floor, a small section is for shoes but mainly the floor is all plus size clothes. They have some cute and trendy clothes for cheap prices. I’m talking some shirts for even $ 9.99 or shorts for $ 12. I love this place. The only thing I don’t like about it is the fitting room. This is why I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars. Its one of those big open area fitting rooms where there is a female worker sitting in the room and everyone changes in front of each other and the mirror doesn’t even line the whole opposite wall. I just would rather individual rooms because I’d feel less self conscious. But I recommend this store.

Well, whenever you go to a place where the light shines the brightest it seems to make the focus better. Now, go downstairs to the plus size dept and it’s another story.
Downstairs in which I call the dungeon appears to have a dark cloud look. Most of the clothing are not as trendy and designed to make full figure women/​girls look foolish.
I am not going to lie I have found a few pieces that suit my body which is rare. The clothing are not true to size for example if I wear a 1x then why does a 3x fit better? Nooo. I saw a woman squeeze into a 3x dress (her size) and it fit her like a size 7.
The staff socializes with each other or they are hiding behind a rack on their cell phones while customers are shoplifting. Question: how can a slim sales person help a full figure woman understand what fits correctly when the sales person’s clothing is ill fitting?
I’ve seen the fashion merchandiser and she needs help herself. I believe Revolutions can improve the quality of fashion for full figure women if they focus on fit. There are full figure women whom are curvy, shape like a lnebacker, round, and straight (no hips), but we have one thing in common; we all want to look sexy, pretty and appealing in our clothing. Therefore, staff at Revolutions re evaluate your merchandise or get a consultant.

If you are on a budget or not even better! This is the boutique for you! Ok the neighborhood is not that great but so what! Suffer for fashion baby. Awesome prices! Great quality shoes, handbags, clothing etc. I had a denim halter top catsuit for at least 7 years from here that never looked dated I jazzed it up by wearing a belt switching up the shoes people would stop me on the street to ask me where i got it from. Someone stole it from the laundry, hope it looks awesome thief!
Yeah its that sexy without being overtly slutty type of spot lol, kiss them they also have formal wear. Metered parking is available if you are afraid you can park in front run in shop and make your escape. The store is so packed with awesome shyt trust me no one will pay you any mind.
The Plus Size floor is a dream come true yes I said floor not section! No Ashley Stewart or Lane Bryant prices here. The junior ladies department is on the top floor so us fluffy girls have to go downstairs where the dreamy shoe department is but so what! So worth it! For your next therapeutic shopping session we are talking about a REVOLUTION :}

I discovered this place waaay back in the day when a classmate who lives in the Bronx put me on. Fantastic selection of unique, funky, flattering clothes at AMAZING prices and it’s just as good as it was all those years ago. Moved to Harlem recently and being back in the vicinity of this place was a huge treat.

I used to love this store and go here all the time when one of my best friends lived in the Bronx. That was 10 years ago. I was there last week and I was so delighted to see that it is still there and still as good as it has always been!
They have a huge selection of clothes, shoes, underwear, bags, hats, scarves and everything you might inagine. They’re merchandise is unique, not the stuff you see in every other cheapy store. The best part is, that they are a cheapy store! The prices are amazing! If you go in with $ 50 you walk out with bags filled with stuff!
I love this place and I highly recommend it to anyone living in the area or even passing through. I’ve decided that I’ll make it my business to get to Revolutions at least once a season. Great bargain & great stuff!

I have been shopping at Revolution since I was about 15 years old! I love their clothes and also love that they have a lot of variety. I cannot remember ever going to New York and not passing by this place to shop for something. Some of the clothes can sometimes be a little expensive, but you can always expect them to be durable. If you are looking for cheap, go to Fordham rd, I bought a belt at revolution for $ 12 that I later saw at Fordham rd for $ 5! No regrets though. I dint like that their dressing room is open, so you are getting dressed and undressed in front of a bunch of other women.
One last point, be careful hanging out in the Bronx alone, it is definitely not a place you want to go alone… I’m just saying.
