We got our delivery on time. The delivery guys were professional and very nice. They set up everything for us and waited for us to inspect and test everthing before they left. Overall customer and delivery service was good. We will def buy from there again. :)

I was just at the store in the Market and a sales person by the name of Roselyn was helping us. We wanted to buy this 3,000 wall unit and her attitude was disgusting. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. We left after she said something inappropriate walked away from us. If she speaks to your customers like this often, you’ll lose a lot of business. I rather go somewhere else. She needs to be spoken to.

Very shady business. Items that get advertised only have a limited quantity being sold at that price. If you get ready to leave, they’ll try to offer you a discount or haggle with you. If you do end up haggling, they charge you full shipping prices even if shipping was supposed to be free over X amount spent. I’ll stick to buying online.

i visited this spot only after a friend of mine dragged me there with him to buy something he had been eyeing for a while. at first it felt like their style would not match my own and then i found one couch in particular that i thought would fit my apartment and décor well. so i snapped a pic to show my husband. after talking it over with my husband for a few weeks, i decided to go in and price check the couch. the man who helped me was great and told me about some sale that was going on that weekend only so my husband and i returned to check it out together. the only reason i am giving the store 4 stars instead of 5 is because we waited quite a while for him to help us, even though we heard them calling him over the loudspeaker a few times. i almost wish another one of the salespeople had helped us while we were waiting, but i understand that if they work off of commission that might come across as shady. anyway, we purchased the couch and he assured us that it was a really well made piece. setting up delivery was easy and fast — the couch was in our apartment 3 days later. the delivery guys were also great — after one of the legs on the couch was not properly attached, they took our his power tools and fixed that leg and all of the rest of them on the couch. my husband and i are super happy with our new couch and the entire experience.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I wanted to make a payment to my Wells Fargo account and one of their representatives did not process my payment. I forgot my photo id and she said I could not make a payment. I understand the need for procedures but I have seen this person 3 times and I had other cards with my name and even looked up my online account on my phone so I could give her the last 4 digits. What really sucks is that this person could have processed the payment but they didn’t even bother to refer me to the manager so I could ask for a courtesy payment through their store. Take care of your clients! I have purchased a living room set, a dining room table, bedroom furniture and even my mother’s bedroom set at this location. I have always made my payments and always returned to their store. Hopefully this review will help remind their representatives to be more courteous to customers because I refuse to make another purchase at their store.

Where should I begin, yesterday I attended the Bride to Be Celebration. The salesperson who I was assigned to was horrible! I felt as though she didn’t want to be there. After she registered me on the store website, she lead me over to the refreshment table and then she disappeared. I had to constantly search for her throughout the store whenever I had a question regarding an item. When I asked her where a specific sectional was located in the store she pointed to it… How RUDE! That will be the last time I enter this store location, the salespeople at the White Plains and the Harlem location are much nicer and more helpful!

I am in search for some new furniture, peferably a new bedroom set. I ususally come to this store to get an idea of what I am looking for, but being as indecisive as I am, it takes me several months to decide on a piece(hey — I have to live with it and want to make sure it is right!). I came in on Saturday because of an email I received regardign their VIP event, as well as an free Cheese and Wine set. When we walked into the store, we were greeted by a red carpet and rope… nice! The woman at the check in desk was so nice! She welcomed us, gave flowers, and told us about the refreshments and where to get the Wine and Cheese set. My daugter and cousin went to the refreshment table. Nice offerings, while I walked around with«my Sales Person Edgar(spelling may be off). Note: I have been to this location several times, and even purchased items from it. Never once have I ever had a complaint about the sales person — until Saturday! I am not sure if he was interested in helping me, or if the sales person who came over to him, whispered something in his ear, and said something about me, but after that moment, he was VERYUNHELPFUL!!! I mean, he said he would be back and I did not see him until I walked back to the front of the store(20 minutes later). Eventually he walked back over and gave me information regarding one of the couches I was looking at. Soon after, someone he knew came into the store and he began speaking with him. Fine — let me help you out. I nicely told him«talk to your friend». I mean, you are already being unattentive to me. I could possibly find all my answers somewhere(I did not!). Since I had several questions about the Kadin couch, yet, no one was around to assist me, I ended up taking a picture of the couch and left the store. I can give my business to another Raymour and Flannigan. Again, the girls were awesome — Hence the 3 stars.
