WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!! This is the second time i’ve ordered online from this pizza hut and not received my order. After two hours of waiting for my pizza and not having my phone call answered, I was finally able to get through to a miserable associate who accused me of missing a call for confirmation that was never actually made! There was a e-​mail confirmation and my card was charged but for some reason they failed to make my damn pizza! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I wish I could give them zero stars, they hardly deserve the one!

This place sucks! Delivery sucks! Service sucks! Employees on the phone are not helpful…

They have a lot to do to improve, but with the amounts of orders they take care of at the same time, they are OK. I would give 4 stars for their Pizza, and just 1 lonely star for the delivery service. And one important thing: Try the chicken wings, you may forget the Pizza.

Okay so in the past I’ve had terrible experiences with ordering from this place via delivery. I have to admit that going to the store is definitely a better experience than ordering delivery. the wait time is obviously shorter, and the pizza isn’t as cold. I recommend just coming here for pick up and not ordering delivery.

Wotst pizza hut ever !! Don’t even waste your time orfering from this location. The worst experience ever !! This is the second time i order from this location and it’s taken over 2hrs to get pizza delivered. The first time i waited 3hrs for food to be delivered as you may have guessed it was cold by than. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. You u will be extremely disappointed.

I don’t quite understand why this location has so many bad reviews however I think it’s a pretty good spot and considering the fact that they have so many different wing flavor’s makes it even better. Not every Pizza Hut has as much flavor’s as this one and I learned that the hard way. I would come back

Do not order pizza from here… I ordered my pizza at 9:04pm and it is almost 11pm and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. I called customer service and they only say that it’ll be there a couple more minutes. And that was over half hour ago!

Ordered some food for Super Bowl Sunday. Gave the order days ago, yet they still didn’t have it ready when we asked. In fact, they took an additional hour to get it ready for us. This is a terrible, terrible place.

As many other people has warned me but I gave them another chance. I ordered chicken wings, after 1hr, they said the driver was already on his way, after another 40mins, I called and asked for my food, they were rude on the phone and said «well as I said sir, your food is on the way» and hung up on me. I UNDERSTAND it’s hard to read reviews on here when you are HUNGRY but please stay away from this place.

The customer service at this particular location is deplorable! My boyfriend really enjoys pizza hut and this is the only location that delivers to our address. I had a terrible experience both times that I ordered from this location. I guess I will have to order carry out from another location and drive to pick it up. I was particularly disgusted with the girl who answered the phone to take my order. She was extremely rude!

No matter how hungry you are, DO NOT order from this Pizza Hut for delivery.
Ordered pizza one Friday night with the assurance that the pizza would be delivered within 40 minutes. TWO HOURS later and still no food. When we called, we were told that the food had gone out an hour before. When my husband politely asked what kind of courtesy would be given us as it seemed we would be receiving cold cardboard instead of a hot pizza, he was treated extremely rudely and told our food would arrive shortly. Over half an hour later, our food still had not arrived. When my husband called again, we were informed that our order had been cancelled after our last call and then we were passed around to three different «managers» before we hung up in frustration.
ZERO stars for an absolute lack in customer courtesy. Will never order from here again!

Love the wings from here, Wednesdays are 50 cent wings night. Delivery is usually on time, and the food is what it is for fast food.

On Halloween night, I decided pizza was our best option. After calling 2 different Domino’s, they didn’t want to pick up the phone. I decided on Pizza Hut.
I ordered a large pepperoni pie with a 2 liter Sierra Mist. The dude, taking the order, seemed like he knew what he was doing. The order came exactly 40 minutes later as promised, which was impressive.
The pizza however, was not as impressive. I’ve had Pizza Hut many times and I really don’t remember the pizza being so damn greasy. The grease was all over my hands and face. I felt like a slob and after eating 3 slices I felt nauseous.
I give the 4 stars for service and zero for the grease. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut.
