My mother has been seeing Dr. Weiss for about a year now 2 years ago and we love him. I think the place needs a bit of a renovation but she doesn’t care lol, she still prefers coming here. They have a Bengali speaking person in the front desk which makes things a lot easier for mom. Great for a clinic in the Bronx.

I hate going to the doctor, specially this one. It’s close to my house so it’s convenient for me. One question I have for this place. Why do you guys take appointment? when you guys can’t keep up with the promise time. They schedule me for 10:30am it’s 11:55 am seating here over an hr and they still didn’t call me what so ever. How do they run a doctor office like this. Just because we need a doctor once in a while. How come doctor office never get in trouble? But if this was a retail business omg everyone gets in trouble. Someone need to look in to this stuff that happens in most of the doctor office. This is another reason people hate going to the doctor, they take for ever. I understand doctor want to make money and they take as much patient they can but don’t forget we come to you guys because we can feel better not feel ignore. They should never over schedule people so they can make $$$$$. You guys are health provides. Not money making place (we all know you guys are making money out of all this health insurance)

DO NOT GO! I repeat DO NOT GO. they have broken all types of HIPPA rules by denying my a copy of my medical records. They said they cannot give me my records even though i mentioned i am meeting with another physician. Immoral and illegal. The manager is uninformed and i am shocked the doctors here allow this. There are also children of workers behind the desk and walking around looking at sensitive records which is also highly illegal. I am here now and time is 5:52pm on 3÷26÷2015. I am informing the Better Business Bureau right after this post. Tyey just want my copay of $ 50.

Not too shabby for a public clinic. I’ve been coming here once a week for 3.5 months now for physical therapy due to a knee injury. Parking is OK around the place, they have meters up front. It’s about 1 block to the 6 train and several other buses. Wait times are usually within 20 minutes of appointment, but on some days they can get very busy. Come 15 minutes early just in case. There is a pharmacy right next door which is convenient.
My only gripe is they need to update the look a little bit, but it didn’t bother me. What really mattered was the staff were young and friendly. I’m Bengali and I noticed some of the staff and a doctor speaks Bangla as well.

Had a Horrible experience ! Very small ! very unorganized ! Took them 20 minutes to look for their scheduled appointments & they never found them !

This place does not even deserve one star. I waited two hours for an appointment and then to have the doctor tell me he does not do the type of appointment I scheduled. The front desk told me the doctor I was supposed to see called out for the day and they tried to reach me but my phone was disconnected. They had no problem calling me two days later. They couldn’t even tell me that my doctor called out for the day in the two hours I was waiting. Then the doctor I saw sent in the wrong prescription directions electronically to the pharmacy. What a nightmare.
