I go to Dr Lam across the street in the dental facility. The staff is great, doctor. Lam and Dr Sterling are very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been going for over six years with doctor Lam and have not had a problem. The offices are clean and they treat patients and staff with respect.
Highly recommend.

called to ask if my insurance would be accepted after breaking a Tooth. But The Receptionist Doesn’t know which insurances are accepted at the office & could not find out such information until more people came in to work. shocking they wouldnt have this information available

I’ve been here about four times already. Three times for cleanings and once for a couple of fillings. The front desk staff is quite courteous and the wait times aren’t too long. I’ve had two different hygienists and they’re really great. I see Dr. Lee and he is knowledgable, professional and courteous. Overall, I can’t complain. I’ve been pleasantly surprised.

So I’ve spent the better part of this morning trying to call the medical office at (718) 892‑2201 and the line is constantly busy busy busy. How is this office running if there is only line working? Unacceptable!!1

I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks to see both the Dermatologist and the Dentist right across the street at 1530 Unionport. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and patient. They remind me of the staff in clinic back home in NC. I heard one of them telling another lady that they take a wide range of insurance. The facilities in both locations were very clean and quiet. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for either appointment. The dermatologist Dr. Gratch was so chill and knowledgeable, he even advised my boyfriend on something totally unrelated even though he had no appointment. I know some doctors will get in a huff about that type of thing. The dentist Dr. Lam I saw for literally less than 2 minutes; he seemed a little rushed or tired or something but he was covering for his partner who had just had surgery. Regardless, the dental assistant and hygienist were both great. I don’t anticipate needing a derm very often, but this will definitely be my dental clinic of choice while I’m living in the Bronx. Oh, and they have a ton of different types of doctors and specialists all in one building.
