I’ve only been here twice and I’m very happy with my nails it was exactly what I wanted. Got my eyelashes done too they are very natural looking. Staff were nice and chatty.

This place puts the «H» in GHETTO. We walked in the door for mani-​pedis and the technician/(mgr?) at the front was too busy texting to even look up when he spoke to us. They have so few nail color options — especially in any decent brands — that we really had to get creative about what color to choose. And they really acted as if they were allergic to credit cards for any sort of payment. So I paid cash.
The technician who helped me nicked my toe and just shrugged it off. She somehow smudged one of my fingers, which bore a fingerprint imprint. I only noticed when I sat down at the dryer. She did immediately offer to fix it but even thought the salon was empty, she didn’t bother to use a base coat and instead put the dark color directly onto the nail.
When I was done my technician literally refused to even help me get my socks and shoes back on. When I asked for some sort of plastic to cover my toes she acted as if she had never heard of such a thing — «plastic» that is. When her co-​worker explained it to her she brought me the packaging that a pair of plastic flip-​flops had come in. Then she sat down at her station, folded her arms and did nothing. She just watched me nearly ruin my manicure as I put on my own plastic cover, socks & shoes & rolled down my pants leg. I had given her a 30% tip and reminded her of that. She just looked the other way and ignored me. No other customer was in front of her. It was simply a «screw you, sucker for giving me that much money in advance. I don’t owe you a damn thing.» Amazing. even her co-​worker looked surprised at how brazenly rude this chick was.
The only thing postive thing I can say is that the «texting guy» has a great sense of humor. That is all. I knew I wasn’t at Bliss. But really?
Please do not patronize this place. You MUST have other options somewhere.
