N Rico Cafe Restaurant

I have ordered from this location since it was D’ELLES…
I have a serious onion allergy.
I was sent a salad that had an immense amount of ONIONS.
Which off the bat got me sick.
My sister asked them to change the order please which specifically was stated on the receipt that said NO ONIONS.
They changed my order. and the man still has received tip. my order was 11. i gave him 17 dollars.
I then proceed to call back about 2 weeks later to make an order and I was informed that they will no longer deliver because they had to replace my order.
I had ordered for about 10 years and they specifically knew my orders when I’d call. They’d rather loose a customer off their own mistake…
The staff is AMAZINGLY RUDE will try to not be specific the sweetest person there is the mexican delivery man, and the food is so generic. they have the tendency to give moldy bread and say thats how it comes. the man who answers the phone can not take orders and the lady is so rude! I order for so many years and held up with the attitude simply because of the convenience of distance and time factor.
OVERALL UNSATISFIED ! horrible service horrible staff ugly business

In the mornings sometimes, I get French toast and crispy corned beef hash. The french toast is ok but the corned beef hash could be a little crispier. There is space to sit but a lot of people just go in to grab something and go.
