I went on Saturday to get an estimate for a new kitchen and after 15 minutes of waiting an employee told me that he could not find the person for the cabinets and then gave me a card to call at another time to contact this person. I then called and explained to the cabinet person that I was there on Saturday and was unable to reach anyone to help. He asked me on the phone to come into the store for an estimate. I told him that I live far and would prefer to email it and we can then chat from then. He told me he didn’t have email… that’s when I gave up. Not sure if they really want business cause it didn’t feel as if they did. a new kitchen is a big investment… guess someone else would have it.
