Don’t get scammed! He packages old fruit and puts what looks fresh on top of rotting! Spent 62 dollars the other day and got home to open foul smelling asparagus, rotten strawberries and spaghetti squash– three if the four rotten inside! Run from this place!

I would have gave none if I could! The prices are high and the quality is low. veg is dressed up to look nice will not last 24 hour in you home fridge! The owner help my wife pick out all the going bad stuff to keep his stock fresh! I guess there is no honor in the fruit markets any more! Keep you grandmothers away !

Can’t get better than having fresh fruits and vegetables with a great shopping experience. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and his selection is vast. I love the fresh cut fruit salads!

I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta and moved to the Bronx a few years ago. For those of you who know what I’m talking about, I used to enjoy grocery stores like Publix and Kroger. There’s nothing like that around here… especially when it comes to produce (granted we now have a Fairway close by, but that’s pretty recent).
Anyway, when we first moved to this area, finding good produce was a chore and this place was a godsend. They always have a great variety of really fresh stuff. And it’s CHEAP… we come in here with $ 20 and walk out with 5 bags full of great stuff. I love it.
If you live in this area, get your veggies and fruits here… super great local business that deserves your support.
