McDonald’s

Awful.
My Buttermilk Chicken with cheese sandwich was cold, dry, and stale.
They were out of mango smoothie mix AFTER I ordered and paid for a mango smoothie.
The joint smelled like a blunt.
The fries were hot and crispy though.

Worst service ever. Needs to re-​train staff. 1^st cashier didn’t hear my daughter’s order although she was first to order. We ordered burgers without pickles and onions, guess what. it had pickles and onions. She we ordered something else later on, the cashier returned $ 5 in quarters. Staff are slow and don’t know what they are doing. Then they want to get paid $ 15 an hour. Learn customer service first and how to get things right first.

This is the most disastrous restaurant.
The staff are completely unaware of their surroundings, they let just about anyone in to there and when I say anyone I mean drug addicts that stay there for minutes to hours on end.
I once went with a very good friend of mine and our children to eat. While waiting on line to order I tell my friend go in the back to find us a table. When she comes back she’s in shock and very upset and tells me that a woman was performing oral sex on a man and she became appalled once our children went to go sit and yelled yo our children to leave the area.
I called out to one of the staff members there and let them know what was going on. Her along with the store manager was laughing at the situation.
It wasn’t until I became extremely infuriated that those patrons left because I went yelling after them that what they were doing was incredibly distasteful and to stop. To my dismay she stopped and once I walked away she resumed what she was doing to the man. I became so enraged that I walked towards them and kicked them out myself. Needless to say I cancelled my order and have never returned to that restaurant and I recommend no one go there especially if the staff see it as a joke that my children could’ve been exposed to what was being done there. I called their corporate offices and got the run around and never received a call back. Yet 15 $ an hour not to care for your customers and their younger children. I guess McDonald’s CEO is ok with drug addicts going into their restaurants and having public sex is ok’d…ashame!
Honestly I rather not give any stars to this restaurant but 10 fire marks for burn the place down for allowing such ludicrous things to occur while patrons eat or order their food.

I will say they fixed this place up it used to be a dump. They have gotten better with their service as well. My problem it’s always flooded like a local hangout with teens so it makes the place noisy and you don’t want to sit down and eat. All in all they have stepped up their game maybe they will start enforcing the 20 minute sit down rule

This location of McDonald’s sells the same items as all of their other locations, and whenever I go to a McDonald’s I order their «Big Mac Value Meal» as a reliable option. McDonald’s «Big Mac Value Meal» is something I order as a default meal choice whenever I allow myself to have an unhealthier meal, and the one’s this location provides are of equal quality as their other locations. The burger was juicy, french fries tasty, and the drink which was an orange soda was good. When I went it wasn’t crowded, and that was good as I felt comfortable ordering/​eating there.
I was able to get my food in a reasonable amount of time, found customer service to be straight-​forward and helpful, was able to navigate the locations layout well, and overall had a satisfactory time. I have a difficult time claiming this place was sub-​par to their other locations, as their product and customer service was of equal quality. The only thing I’d change about this McDonald’s is their location. I wish they were in a safer/​physically more beautiful area, and were outside of the borough of the Bronx. I also wish this alternative area would be more convenient for me to commute to. I hope this review aids in helping others decide whether or not to visit this McDonald’s location.

Service is brusque, and the speed is slow. Also, the drive-​thru window was delayed as they were serving someone… not in a car? Not sure what was happening there. And the hamburger was very very dry…

The service is awful, the employee’s are adolescent children in High School and Junior High, the cashier’s are Ghetto hood rat immature teenage girls. The Management even had the audacity to refuse me a Big Mac when I had a coupon for a free Big Mac. There explanation was since I just purchased a Big Mac value meal I had to wait until tomorrow to use my coupon I could not use it immediately I explained to the manager that it does not say that any where on the coupon she said I know but that was all she could do, so I payed my $ 20 and was told I could not use my coupon to get my free Big Mac. Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had in my life and worst and most Ghetto McDonald’s in N.Y.C, if you can avoid going here and get to another McDonald’s please do so.

Real ghetto (especially when kids are let out from school) and the service is pretty bad too. They’re rude and they don’t inform you when they close their register. They just have u standin there like a dummy cause they’re too damn lazy to tell u that there’s only 1 line instead of 2. It’s closest to me so i go there cuz the food is fine, not dirty in there or nuthin but i just dont like the workers, they need to grow up.
