McDonald’s

Horrible food. I’ve been there around 50 times.
When I was a kid I liked it though, unhealthy.

My experience in 2014 March-​December
I come here all the time and I know people that worked here and quit. At first this was the worse McDonald’s I ever walked into. It was dirty ND THE BATHROOM had poop all over the seat and piss on the floor. I have children so it wasn’t the end of the world for me but we had to walk home to use our own bathroom. The food use to come late and they use to mess up orders. There manager that has been fired was probably the reasons why the store was failing… I went here last week alone for breakfast because I was stressed and needed that walk. They served me an amazing sausage Mc griddle with a hash brown and Hot chocolate. I never tasted any McDonald’s food that taste as good as that sandwich. The manager now is very very professional and checks everyone’s order before they take there food. She was training another worker and her kindness showed more when he made a mistake and she easily helped him.
I didn’t like the co workers loud rude conversations… Your at work this isn’t Highschool. They were talking about a specific customer out loud basically calling him stupid for ordering and walking away. He’s coffee got cold and the co worker made a fuss about it… Girl you ain’t pay for that man’s coffee. Worry about your job before you lose it !!
I will be here again today… This may be a regular place for my breakfast. Join me?

I went back today for breakfast at 6am… It was super clean. I was the only one there so it was super fast for my food. Cashier dude once again didn’t wanna be at work but he still does he’s job correctly with manners. I then finished my meal and the manager answered my question about a specific price reduction and got it correct. Keep up the great work.

The service, compared to others, is excellent. Probably the last place a vegetarian would look to eat in… but with very limited options for lunch that accepts cards, this takes the cake.
The staff recognize me, and my order (the side salad, which I didn’t know was meatless until it was recommended by one of the staff). All refrigerated food is prepared daily. The expiration date is always less than 24 hours after it’s prepared.
Being a place of fast food, the food is handed to you within the minute.

A new upgrade has mad this McDonald’s stylish and customer friendly. The employees are nice and cordial and the food is delivered fast, just the way I like.

5 stars — Because they are very customer service oriented, something very hard to find in the Bronx. In and out service, I feel like i’m back in the south when i come here. The best sweet tea!

I give this McDonalds 5 stars because of the very quick and friendly service that they have and the place is always clean and the food tastes fresh, in my opinion this is the best McDonalds that ive been to in the Bronx so far. Everytime I go in there its always in and out and even when there is a long line it moves very quickly, their service reminds me of a Micky D, s out of the city or in jersey, they are the best.
