Very kind, considerate, caring group of people! I truly appreciated the family atmosphere and professionalism. Of course, it was a very very difficult time for me and my whole family. Yet, somehow, Linette, Shawn and staff managed to ease some of our pain, adding a much needed level of comfort to a family in grief. I don’t believe we would have received the same special touch elsewhere. I loved the way my Mom’s arrangements were handled. They were not my first choice but I’m so glad that me and my brother allowed my Dad to lead us to McCall’s Bronxwood Funeral Home.

I gave them my moms pension information 3 days ahead and I was notified the night before her 12pm wake that the funeral director could not reach her account by phone.
so about 30 mins before her wake started my sister and I were able to get the funds from my moms bank account. I was late to her service, not able to groom myself or double check my mother before the viewing began. It was EXTREMELY, stressful and inconvenient for me!!!
Besides that, the place is nice and clean, services ran on time. I would recommend it, but personally, I will never come back.
