Mario’s Pizza

Their chicken roll is the tastiest thing they have !! Such a good solid chicken roll, the dough is fresh the cheese is tasty and the chicken delicious.
They don’t come upstairs when ordering delivery which can be a bit annoying if you’re expecting it.

Extremely fast delivery. I’m a returning customer who was harsh on my first review. I don’t know if they remember that review from 11 months ago but this time they got it right. My first review just bashed their delivery time but they came in under an hour probably like 30 minutes. They got my crispy pizza right. GARLIC knots are pretty good and the beef patty with cheese and Coco bread is goo as well. My girlfriend had a cheeseburger deluxe and said it is above average so thumbs up to you guys if you’re reading this you might have a new regular on your hands!

I think this is the Best pizza in the Hunts point area! It’s fresh as can be. I dined in and I’m glad that I did. Reading other reviews I see an issue with deliveries being on time. Honestly I can see that it’s a small staff from what I can tell. I would definitely recommend this one.

If I could choose ZERO stars I would. Idk who the person in charge is but they need to fire the person who is in charge while they aren’t there. They have no clue what customer service means and how to
Speak with customers. Not only did I hear them speak about me and complain about me in Spanish (I speak Spanish) he had the audacity to tell me to pick my refund up at the restaurant. I placed an online order. Ridiculous. My order was delivered to another apartment in my building and it took me to ask for my money back for him to even apologize and get annoyed at me because I was asking about my order when it wasnt HIS fault that the mistake was made. (His statement)
I wish I could review the food. But if you wish to try it, it’s best you visit the restaurant because that’s where they’ll tell u to go to anyway.

It’s now called Mario’s Pizza. The pizza is a good size for $ 2.50 and not too greasy. Its kept clean and the workers are constantly cleaning and washing their hands so if you wanted to get a free delivery you can feel safe about what your eating. I would give it more stars if it didn’t look so thrown together décor wise.

Probably the best pizza shop in the entire 10 459 zip code or Hunts Point area.
I’ve pretty much tried them all too, from top to bottom.
Giving them five stars based on comparing them to about 5 – 7 other shops as well as for their big selection of different foods.
Plus, they’re right beneath the Simpson Street train station, so if you wanted to give them a shot, it’s not like you’d have to go very far for transportation.
UPDATE — The place changed. Pizza is still really good, but I think overall the service took a hit. Every time i call to order, I have to call back like five times, the phone just keeps ringing otherwise.
I’ve called during the week, weekends, etc, still the same.
When it was Ace, I just called and ordered, now it’s always a game of call backs and nonsense.
At least when i get through, the pizza is good, so whatever.

Great place to get pizza, but take out only, they deliver. There are like 3 pizza shops around my block but I choose to get pizza delivered from Ace although it’s quite farther.
