I would give zero stars if I could. This company took over my building and have been a mess since day one. Calling the extension I was told to call in the letter they sent me telling me they had bought the building resulted in being shunted around to person after person, each time reaching a voicemail box which was never returned. I only reach a human when I call repeatedly. On top of this, they got my lease date wrong, which I immediately corrected including faxing them a copy of my current lease, at which point I was called back and told it was received and the error was corrected. Over a month later I received a letter telling me my lease was over and I needed to vacate. When I called, the person told me they had no copy of the lease I already faxed over and no idea what I was talking about and of course, this was a completely different person, now the 4^th I have talked to who is «in charge» of my building. So now, I have to send everything over all over again to a completely new person because apparently they cannot keep things straight in their office nor can they communicate with each other. I would highly suggest you stay far away from any building owned by this mess of a company.

The management sucks unprofessional and rude. They need to learn how to speak to people the staff is horrible specially the legal department ghetto ladies who cant even speak correctly to people judge you from the bottom of your toes to your hair. Seems like they only hire people from their family. Winter is the worse time of the year because most likely they will say the «boiler» is broken every other day there a problem with the hot water as well. The worse part is dealing with mickey mouse and entire family. They do send a exterminator when your at work. What are the odds of that?. So you are a working parent like me chances are u will never see him. Unfortunately I still live in this building, Looking for an apartment has been a difficult task. If I could give this place a zero I would.

This landlord has owned this building for 8 months now, and they still have not done anything to fix up the building. There’s graffiti all over the walls, theres piss in the staircase, they’re dogs and cats in this building when its a NO PETS building! There are numerous mice running around because they promised to give us free extermination services but yet he NEVER came.
Here’s a hint, NEVER RENT FROM THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE.
I can’t wait to move out of the Bronx for good!
