Kmart

What a nasty store… they really need remodeling asap, isn’t food variety… the cashiers are so slow. And the managers floors just talking by phone.

Worst Store Ever. Dont ever give your telephone number to the employees. They are a bunch of thieves. For about 3 weeks now they have been using my shop my ways points to purchase items. I have complain to two different managers, the lost prevention department at kmart, made a complaint with Kmart company and No one has done anything. I called Shop Your Way and they did not help either. Best thing i did was close my account with shop your way and lose all my points. Seems like lost prevention, manager and employees are all friends, so don’t ever bother calling them and filing a complaint. Never heard from lost prevention, kmart manager or the company itself to follow up. They said they will take care of it, and they kept using the points anyways. Worst Store Ever…

Haven’t been to a KMart in a long time. It is hot in here. Even the employees are fanning themselves. Aisha K. a good competent patient cashier.
Need a knockaround bookbag and the price is right.
Noticed they have a Nathan’s. It is even hotter over at Nathan’s.
Cashier is slow and orders are slow. Must be the heat.
Lot’s of flies in the eating area. A little girl asking her mom how the flies get in here?

There aren’t any karts available. I think the people in the neighborhood took them home. A big mess. Good deals. I was looking for camping equipment. I couldn’t find reps to save my life. I was running through aisles chasing the wrong people. The lines are crazy long.

Why?! Why did I even bother? Oh, that’s right! Because Target was too far away. Stood in line for 45mins with only 3 people in front of me. The customer service person had ZERO sense of urgency. It seems that they are more concerned about showing each other their new ink or making sure the music is loud enough rather than serving customers.
Go to Target or anywhere other than this place!

For a corporation that is fighting to stay afloat you would think they would all work together to provide the best experience ever.
Customer Service here is a hit or miss. It feels like they must have separate team meetings. Some employees are genuinely happy to help while others make you feel like hurling plates at them. I feel like telling them… if its so bad keep your sourpuss face home. Customers come here to shop not deal with whatever chip you got weighing on your shoulder.
Don’t ever bother going here for furniture. Employees in that department are not interested in helping you. A girl from another department called for a manager to assist me. I waited 25+ minutes but they didn’t bother to show up… that was yesterday. I guess the furniture is just for show? I thought calling might be a better avenue to take. I was transferred and placed hold for 15+ mins with no answer. Now I am definitely getting my furniture elsewhere.
Kmart you need try harder to keep what little customer base you still have. Inattentive/​clueless employees will only have people running to your competitors and never looking back.
I recommend this store for those who don’t have to go out of their way to get here. For the rest of us, there are other options.

It’s OK, I only for exactly what I need. but this store is in definite need of a serious make over. The escalator hasn’t worked in years and the 2^nd floor looks like someone’s attic. I only go b/​c it’s convenient and usually a last resort.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I just moved in the area and so I needed to buy some household essentials for my apartment and everything was so hard to find. I had to keep looking for an associate to ask where anything is. Some of the associates were nice and others needed to work on their customer service skills. But overall I was happy with the low prices and I am happy with the items I purchased so 3 stars for you Kmart.

The quantity is very good but the quality is to prices. I have compare both quantity and quality from Kmart to Target, The results is Target have a better deal with the amount of quantity.

This Kmart is really tiny and the bedding section was very sloppy. Granted for a Sunday morning it was probably ravaged the day before. Sale on deodorant was quite good though. Bathroom was very clean and new Thank God.

This K-​mart is pretty cool They have a lot of things on sale. I wish they had more price check machines in the first floor. The food section is decent is clean and the bread sticks are pretty tasty.
