I rarely write reviews, but had to for this one. I was surprised at the lack of professionalism. After using their services last year and him erring me out of an additional $ 1000 in returns, in good faith I attempted to return to them in order to have the amendment completed. I called & emailed several times and never once received a reply. It’s for the best though because the new tax office I went to noted more errors they made on my return.
UPDATE based on falsehoods in response from the business owner:
Interestingly, this is the first I’m hearing of my tax evasion skills… from the person who actually filed my taxes for me – incorrectly. How convenient that he’s chosen to «refuse my business» and I’ve become a tax criminal after I’ve Unilocaled and had my taxes amended by real professionals.
Buyer beware, if you share your financial details with this company and are dissatisfied with their services, they will attempt to disclose personal information and will be sure to manufacture stories about you in order to save their business. As stated above their «refusal of my business» was for the best, as it forced me to find professionals. I came here to complain about the poor communication, but he’s provided several other reasons not to take a chance on this business.

I’ve been a customer for many years and never had a problem, but in the past years 3 of my dearest friends have had to amend their taxes due to wrong tax advise. And now this year I’ve experience bad service. Not happy at all
