I may be a little biased because my favorite artist Kao is here, but I LOVE this spot! It’s SUPER clean, the décor is great. But, the best part is the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel really comfortable, and don’t have you sitting around waiting for what seems like forever before taking care of you. I felt like I was amongst friends, as opposed to some other shops I’ve been to. I was lucky to see all the artists at work, and they all know their s##t. I’m already thinking about my next piece (I’m a real ink addict!), and I’m DEFINITELY going back to Ink Masters XL. YOU GUYS ROCK!

This place is great. Went here to get my eyebrows tattooed and glad I did! I felt very conformable with the staff, as soon as I walked in I knew they were professionals. On top of that I felt even better seeing how clean the place was.
For those who are looking for an extra kick, there is a very loving an funny tarot card reader with very chic looking office in the back. The room was beautiful, and also she was very knowledgeable and professional.
Looking forward to coming back here for my next tattoo.

Came in to get my tattoo touched up and was very satisfied with the service. The place is clean, professional and the people are fun and likable. The artist that touched up my tattoo, Jay, is a true artist. Was very impressed with the work he’s done on himself and his portfolio. Definitely the place to go in NYC!

First time getting a tattoo and I thought it would be painful, but I was put at easy by the staff and artist. My tattoo came out fabulous and better then I expected. I’m planning to go back for another tattoo on my other arm. I will be recommending this place to my friends and the prices are reasonable.
