This was an emergency because on the fordham area after 5pm this was the only flower shop open. This shop is not only pricey $$$$$ is lacking etiquette & protocol, they didn’t listen to my needs they just jump into sujestion. Shop is super small and to say the least a grocery store (bodega) have more freezers than this place (only 1). Needless to say the variarity wasn’t much, my friend and i ask for sunglowers and the «presumed» owner said she hasn’t gotten the order but again price was too high, i guess she saw $$ in our face since no one comes around, she charged $ 93 for a maybe 12 flower arrangement. We ask to show us her selection of balloons and her drawers/​cabinets were a mess she didn’t know herself where were her «thank you» balloons. Total mess, no order, service sucks WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN.
