This review is for Shane Rossi who is deceitful, untrustworthy and unproductive! He self decided to delist my property for ONE entire year! then he keeps lying to me that the property is listed as active for sale. When I called Shane to confront, he does not even have the guts to explain his own lies.
As a result of Shane Rossi’s irresponsible work, I wasted paying over $ 10,000 for an entire year of mortgage (still thinking the property is active listed for sale).
Also, Shane Rossi’s buddy named Mat (buyer’s agent) and him together teamed up to low ball my property for a quick sale, so they both can get a fast commission. He wasted an entire year of both my time and money ($ 10 K)! Shame on you Shane Rossi!
He does not promptly respond your calls or emails. He also does not put any efforts on sell your property. You just end up wasting both your time and mortgage $$$.
Shane Rossi does NOT deserve any customers loyalty and trust !!
Shane Rossi should have his realtor license removed !!!
