I feel they frequently have new sets of workers here… Over the years, I’ve seen the good and the bad. I do want to point out the newest set of workers here including manager Rafael are the more professional, service– and customer-oriented, and fastest set of workers here. I also want to point out they are one of the very few dunkins that know how to make flavored coffee right. They are never grimey with their swirls. ;) They are very busy most of the time, probably because they are one of the very few chain coffee places by the hospital. They have a lot of difficult customers too. I’ve seen them making ridiculous demands, throwing their tantrums, making threats, etc. But a lot of them keep doing what needs to be done, and that’s quite inspirational. The only tiny complaint is they no longer takes credit card to reload your dd perks card. That’s a little inconvenient.

If I could give no stars that would be my preference. The staff is god awful and the coffee taste like the pit hasn’t been washed since the store opened. Management a little advice, start over.

I been reload my DD card in this place using my credit card all the time, but today this dark skin male staff told me they only accept cash to reload and others are wrong. He needs training on how to do his job because the last time he had issue on how to redeem phone app coupon.

Quality is low-average. Service is civil, not friendly. Cleanliness is like a bus station. Security guard is occupied with his cell phone. Location is convenient to Montefiore hospital, which is probably why there are payphones on the street(don’t know if they work), and also probably why the place is very busy despite is meh-ness.

This place use to run smooth when the manager named Anna worked there. Since she was transferred, the service and quality of items they distribute is way below average.

Service is slow here. They have the same stuff that every DD has, but really, service is bad and slow. Often the workers are just standing around. People need a lesson in coustomer service. :-(

This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever been to! The employees are poorly trained, rude and unattentive. I have gone several times amd each time i’ve gone, my order is ALWAYS wrong. The employees are more concerned with gossiping to each other, flirting and just plain not working. The quality of the products have drastically changed, the employees have no clue how to make a proper drink/sandwich and your lucky if they remember to put it in your bag, lol. I most definitely will not ever come back to this DD… please retrain your staff!

Even though I havent been to this particular DD, s but personally I think all Dunkin donuts has gone down the tubes in comparison when I was a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s where the donuts were frshly made on the premises to the point when u actually taste them they had that gooey doey taste and practically melt in your mouth just like Krispy Kremes, now whenever I go to Dunkin Donuts the doughnuts do taste like they make them with cheap ingredients or they are either processed at a warehouse and they are bland and stale as hell. Dunkin donutsare only good for their coffee, french vanilla is my favorite, and their hot chocalate and breakfast sandwiches but their dougnuts just suck. We badly need a Krispy Kreme in the Bronx, dunkin donuts has ran its course.

@ 2 o’clock in the morning and I am craving a hot chocolate and a baked good. Head to the 24 hour Dunkin’ on the corner of DeKalb that opened last month. The good is it’s a new shop in a service deprived neighborhood and they are 24⁄7. The bad is the donuts and drinks are awful. I never thought that one would be able to taste the cheap ingredients in a doughnut. After my first bite and during the entire chocolate frosted doughnut I kept thinking«no wonder Doughnut Planet and 3 dollar doughnuts are doing well, I would gladly pay for that right now». I asked the cashier when the«fresh» ones are delivered and he said, «oh no we make them right here». I think they need to hire a doughnut maker because these are not good and I definitely have to say I have to say the Nestle’s Quik in my cabinet and has to be a better alternative to what I drank. Well I filled out my customer experience on line from the receipt not that I think that anything will change considering the neighborhood I doubt anyone else will ever complain about not fresh cheap tasting doughnuts. Sadly in this neighborhood, 20 years from now, people would howl at DPs price points today. The 2 stars is indicative of my understanding of where I am and what I am getting but it used to be so much better before they started churning out franchises like McDonald’s serves fries. but its really a Eek! me thinks not.(Bring back quality to the hood) There is a Twin Doughnut down the block that has their doughnuts delivered and they taste exponentially better than Dunkin’s, send some spies into their shop their and see and taste the difference for 20 cents less.
