Mostly for service, as you know what to expect at a Dunkin Donuts. Great and cordial (especially so early). Kudos to the morning team on MLK day. Cashier was complimenting everyone and made a better day for the few that had to work today.

they are actually very efficient. in and out in less than 3 minutes.
Make line, wait to be called, pay and while all that is happening, 3 other stations are waiting to prepare what you just ordered. By the time you get your change back, they already started to make your order. Step to the side counter and see your food arrive.
Simple assembly line meal executed to perfection
PS: the new spicy sausage, egg, muffin is good but not worth$ 4.25
Seems that a lot of the food they serve is a bit pricey except donuts and coffee.

I not only love my DD in the morning, but it has come to the point where I NEED my DD, in the morning. This pertains particularly to the Drive Thru: The coffee itself is amazing… when they get it right, but… THEY NEVER EVER DO! No matter how many times I go in the morning, there is always something missing. Don’t get me wrong they are always more than willing to fix it but if I go there 5x’s a week, they will get something wrong at least 3x’s. Again, they are very, very sweet, but almost always wrong :(
