Dunkin’ Donuts

Terrible Dunkin donuts! Every single experience I’ve had here has been a disaster. They false advertise all the time and they never want you to use coupons or DD perks in fact the manager gets extremely upset when you do. I had a coupon for 2 donuts for $ 1 and any medium sized iced coffee was supposed to be $ 1 with your DD Perks and he was super mad about it and told me that would be «the last time» he redeem anything because they don’t make any money like that. (Super rude) if that’s what your brand is advertising then that’s how it should be. Furthermore the baskin robins part of the restaurant tried to steal my money. Using a buy one get one 99cents cone he charged me regular price for both until I pointed out the coupon. Never coming here again, I hate places that advertise something and then don’t want anyone to redeem it. What’s the point of advertising? For that I’ll just keep using my Starbucks gold card and getting points with them!

AOK. Can be better. It’s clean though, i’ll give it that. Their red velvet donut is nasty as hell.
