Dunkin’ Donuts

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They have messed my order on far too many occasions, have a fairly horrible staff but especially the (Indian) looking manager who genuinely seems like she doesn’t care about customer service at all. The only thing I can say is good about this place is they have saved me a lot of money since I no longer reload or purchase any Dunkin unless I’m out of state.

I visit here a lot about 4 or more times a week they get my order wrong 3 times out of 5 and I know you are probably wondering then why do I keep going honestly it’s just for the coffee but today was my last day spending my money here, they don’t give complement water even though you just spent your money, yet they let smelly bums sit inside smelling like dirty asshole and garbage. They have a take out window but don’t let you order from it even if you have a dog so you have to just walk in with your dog then they get upset. Only 2 out of I don’t even know how many people work there are actually nice and get shit right. The female Indian manager is terrible and has a disgusting attitude. I would add the names of these individuals but no one wears a name tag (isn’t that convenient).Honestly corporate needs to re-​train the staff. I love Dunkin but this location and the worker don’t give a flying paycheck about the customer, their jobs… ect. so they should not be in the food industry.

My go to for my medium hazelnut w one sugar and a splash of half and half.
The nicest people work here! There is nothing like having an employee make your coffee with a smile! love going in there and they already know what i want and greet me by name!

rapidly my source for heat in this cold winter. medium coffee cream and sugar, it costs more than starbs jeez, to get some heat. i should just buy gloves but hot caffeine in the winter is better. so thanks dunkin

I come here often. The morning staff are great, fast & reliable, their lady manager is very good (she’s been their for years). They make the best coffee, hot or cold. I been here a few times in the night & the staff are every noisy, lazy & don’t clean up, the place is very messy & dirty. But they still make good coffee or at lest the machine does. Give it 4 stars for the morning shift staff.

Store #332 798. Conveniently located in Kingsbridge Road and operates ²⁴⁄₇. Staff is attentive and efficient to move the line in a orderly systematic fashion. They correctly fulfill my measly order of one post-Valentine’s heart shaped donut $ 1.09. Seating is minimal.

One thing I can always say about this place is that they are always welcoming when you enter in the morning, which is quite a feat for a non– restaurant. These guys say good morning, and when you’ve been away a while, they mention that they’ve missed you. Hospitality gets me coming back every time.
Other than the stellar service, even polling the queue for orders rather than remaining idle, the Duncan food is the Duncan food.

This is my go to spot when ever I want my ice coffee I got here so much that they don’t even ask me what I want they just make it for me instantly. The staff knows me by name and joke with me to keep coming back and also it’s 24 hours do I will keep coming here till they close!

I love this Dunkin Donuts. They always have what I want and everything is always fresh. The staff is always friendly and they always have a smile on there face. Great place no matter what time of day it is…

Nice workers, good service for a late night coffee

This is my spot everytime I go home. I so miss my daily french vanilla coffee. I even bite the bullet and sometimes get a jelly donut… what can I say, I live in Cali now and don’t get my fix anymore!
