Domino’s Pizza

I did not want to write a post while I was still angry so here it goes. I could not have been more disappointed with their service during my last check in. Pick up from Domino’s is generally a lot quicker than delivery so I walked over to my local Domino’s. It took about 3 – 5 minutes before someone took my order, and I said okay, it’s fine, they’re really busy, no problem. I was told my small order (medium cheese pizza and wings) would take 20 minutes.
I was the only person in the store for about 15 minutes. A couple of teenagers then came in and ordered the molten cake and hot wings. I checked on my order after waiting 20 minutes but no one came to the window for almost 5 minutes. They told me they were a little behind and it would be another 5 minutes or so. Three other people had come in to order afterward and it took a little bit for them to place their orders as well.
During this time, my father had placed an order for delivery thinking I was on the way home. Fast forward another 27 minutes and you have a very angry and hungry person waiting for an order that should have been done 32 minutes prior. My father got his delivery before I even received my own! Not only that, three of the people that ordered after me had received their order already.
I asked to speak to a manager who barely apologized for the lack of customer service and poor organization. I told him that if this is the response he gives to a person who waited an hour in a store without proper seating, he should not be managing the store. I was very calm and I did not raise my voice or name call but I was clearly not happy. I was not compensated in any way for the long wait, and on top of all that, they messed up my order. This Domino’s is good for delivery but make sure to check your order.

Pretty good pizza from them. Surprisingly fast delivery every time. Can’t go wrong. Everything is always fresh and hot.

Don’t even bother, they will never bring you your food. Two times back to back. Both times only cause everything else is closed, otherwise order from the great pizza places in the neighborhood, well worth spending the extra money. I don’t understand how you run a business taking orders but never fulfilling them. Maybe this is some sort of drug front.

I’m lactose intolerant and ordered a pizza without cheese online… they called to make sure the order was correct and the pizza was really good with fresh toppings (which is more noticeable without cheese). I don’t usually go for chains but this was surprisingly better than the local pizza place that uses frozen spinach and canned mushrooms. And their customer service is great. I just wish they could figure out a way to have the deliverers come to the door. I get you can’t find parking but how about a bike? Anyway, will order again!

Pizza is … dominos pizza. An OK option when everything else is closed.
Delivery time is insanely slow and they constantly cheat on the online application that tracks your pizza preparation, probably to display better-​than-​real performance to Domino’s headquarters … otherwise they would probably loose their franchise in a heart beat.
A last resort when all else closes

The closest company pizza store to me, the pizza store I usually have. I ate 1 whole pizza pie by the time I was 8 and I was FAT!

I order some Pizzas over the phone at Dominos:
738 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx, NY 10 462 (718) 822‑6010, the first was the guy who answer the phone and took my order was really nasty and unprofessional, I noticed that he didn’t want to be taking order over the phone, because when I asked him about any special and if I qualify for the free cheese stick order promotion that they had with that order, he told me in a rude way, «LISTEN WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING FOR FREE IN HERE»… I told him i wasnt askking for anything fro free, then he just told me hwtas your name asnd address, after that he said your pizza will be deliver BETWEEN 40 to 50 MINUTES… CLICK — hi hang up on me… a hour later I was still waiting for my pizza, then I called them, they told me they apologize, they are so busy, blah, blah, blah… the deliver came just about 5 minutes after I called them twice. lastly, when I tasted the pizza, it was the WORST COLD, unflavored pizza I have ever tasted. :s wack!!! I wont never order from here again in my life.
