Domino’s Pizza

Do not order from this domino’s they’ll take more than an hour for you to get your pizza. I order my pizza at 9:11 and it’s now 10:50 pm and have yet to receive it. Then I call to see where my pizza is and no one answer the line I was on hold for me than 10 mins. Very upsetting

I called this location to inquire about a fraudulent order placed at this location with my debit card. I was on hold for over an hour, and no one ever picked up. I was eventually «Disconnected» so I called back. I am currently at 25 minutes with one phone, and 15 minutes with another, with still no answer from the store.

Pizza took over an hour to arrive the pizza is cold as fuck like the cheese is all dried up

One star only cuz I had to if it were up to me I would give it beyond –5 stars horrible horrible service I’ve ordered here at least 5 times always praying that maybe this time they would get it right but that never seems to happen I have emailed the cooperate office complaining about this location on one specific occasion and the domino representative emailed me back apologizing and saying the store general manger would get in contact with me to resolve my issue but of coarse that never happened this location is a sad sad representation of the domino company I give up with them

As always this location never answers phone orders, at times they forget to make your order even thought you placed it an hour ago. I’d say fired the entire staff and hire people who are willing to work for their money. If negative stars were a possibility I’m sure this place would be in the thousands by now, very surprising how this location hasn’t been removed yet.

If I could give this location –1,000,000 stars, I definitely would. The staff all the way down to the store manager and the district manager are horrible. Juan (the store manager) pretends he’s helping by telling you that your next order will be «on him» but when you order there’s no note of it. I placed an order @ approximately 8pm one evening. The wait time was 30 minutes. I waited an hour before I called and there was no answer. I called for an hour and still no answer. My phone rings @ 1:14am and it was the driver YELLING AT ME to come downstairs and get my food. I told him no I would not come downstairs when I had ordered Over FIVE HOURS AGO. I hung up and he continued to call back so many times that I had to shut my phone off. This entire store and staff are not only rude and unprofessional, but they give the entire Dominos brand a horrible name. Not
To mention if they feel As though they’re receiving too many calls and the staff is working too hard, they take the phone off of the hook so that they 1) won’t get any calls inquiring about orders that were made & 2) won’t receive any calls from people wanting to place orders. Situations like this will definitely make anyone choose the competition (Papa Johns, PizzaHut or local pizzerias) before choosing this location.

Worst Dominos ever… Just like 99% of the reviewers have said! If you order pizza from these guys, don’t expect to get anything! I ordered through the dominos app on my phone and waited 2 hours before calling them to check on my food. No answer from the store. Never received my food. Thank goodness I didn’t order with a card, otherwise they’d have stolen my money! Buyer beware!

The worst dominos in the world. I placed my order at 530 and it is now 738. I’ve called 3 separate times the guy Mike on the phone was very helpful in transferring me to the manager (Nadia) but it seems as of she doesn’t want to do her job she refuses to answer the phone. If you can’t fill in the shoes of a manager maybe you need to take a step down and make the pizzas maybe that’s more of you type of work. They seriously need to close this place down. It’s like everytime I order from here it gets worst and worst.

My story is the same as everyone else’s. Ordered a pizza at 923pm… Still waiting. Last time I order delivery guy never came out his car and had some chick with him. Plus the order seem to be thrown together and over cooked. Last time I order it never came. Same question as others how is this location still running, corporate should know that this is a major cry for help.

Ordered at 7, it’s 11pm. Still nothing. Tried calling, busy tone every time. Just avoid this place, and order from somewhere else

Worst dominos experience. You have to come outside and walk to their car to get your delivery The food arrived cold with an item missing. Zero stars.

The worst came all the way downstairs a 5 story walk up with my 10 momth old sleep in bed woke my neighbor up to watch him whil i ran downstairs for the delivery man to say he was not getting out the car mind you there are cameras on the inside and outidae of my building that WORK when i spoke to the manager Patrick he was NO HELP SAYING THEY ONLY DO CURB SIDE DELIVERY NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS HAVE I HEARD THIS NOSENSE total waste of my time

After much celebration for the New Year, my boyfriend and I decided to stay in and order a pizza. I ordered online at 12:18 am and noticed that the approximate delivery time would be 82 – 92 minutes. I thought that was pretty long but figured it’s New Year’s Day (technically Jan. 2) so maybe a lot of people also ordered to recover from celebrating. I immediately received an email confirming my order and the amount that would be charged to my card. I was also able to see that «Christopher» was prepping the order in the Domino’s tracker. About a ½ hour passed and I decided to check the tracker again and it could not find my order! I called Domino’s multiple times and the recording said that the number was unavailable!!!
Basically, I believe my order was cancelled right after I ordered without any call or email to let me know. Maybe the workers left early even though it states that they close at 3am?! I should’ve read some Unilocal reviews before ordering or should’ve just ordered from Papa John’s. Will NEVER order from here again!!!

I placed and order at about 9PM and never got my pizza. Paid for it by card so I called up and was on hold for over an hour! I call back multiple times and the phone is busy. Never got my pizza. I was pissed because at this point I’m hungry and I don’t have much of a choice at this time of night. Ended up calling corporate the next day to get my money back. I requested to use the store at 167^th instead but they told me that it was out of my zone (it’s closer than POS Webster one). Pizza Hut will get my business from now on.

I placed a order of pizza at 8:44pm this evening. At 9:40pm I receive notice that the pizza is in route to my home. The dominios pizza shop is 0.6 miles away from my home. Even if the delivery person walked the pizza to my home it still wouldn’t take 50 minutes to walk 0.6 miles. It is now 10:30pm and j have still received a phone call, a text, a whooty whoo, a smoke signal or anything. Just more radio silence. To add insult to injury I’ve been trying to call the store to find out if there were any issues that I may need to be aware of the phone is busy. I pray that by me writing this review doesn’t result to dominos continues to make my family and myself wait longer. But what’s 10 more minutes. 11:00 pm the pizza was delivered yet it was cold the box itself wasn’t even warm.
Soooo my boyfriend took his complaint to Twitter and got an immediate response from corporate. If you’re looking for an immediate response from someone who makes decisions. Twitter seems to be the place.

Can i give this place ZERO stars??? HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE, INCONSIDERATE SERVICE AND PEOPLE! Today i was reminded why i just dont order from this franchise.
So I’m having movie day with my niece and nephew and they wanted Domino’s Pizza so I ordered online around 1pm so to be delivered by 4pm.
4:11pm guy calls states hes «2 mins away»
My niece goes downstairs to get the order… 10 mins pass and im wondering whats taking long so my nephew goes down turns out there was no driver so i called him back on the same # he called me no answer THREE TIMES I CALLED HIM! Then i txtd, no response.
4:30pm i called the store and after being on hold for 8 mins a guy answers the phone i explain the situation and low and behold the delivery guy was RIGHT THERE IN THE STORE! I heard him in the background speaking in Spanish saying that he called me various times and that we never answered the phone! OMG WHAT A LIAR! I asked if they could please re deliver my order and i expect it to be HOT if not it was going to be sent back. Yes he said no problem, wait for the drivers call. (Btw never did they apologize)
5:41pm No call No food, everyones hungry. Called the store this time i was on hold for 15 mins!!!
WTF!!! I get a live person who is supposedly the «manager Bill» .who after looking up my address has the cojones to tell me that my order was get this… CANCELLED!!!

Apologies no nothing. Matter fact he couldve cared less that they totally fucked up. I hate that this location delivers here furthermore surprised that some angry customer hasnt shot up the place lol. This place is a joke!

I will gladly continue to patronize my local pizza shop that delivers on point AND to my apt door, they are always courteous and food is always hot.

I haven’t ordered from this location in about 4 years, but I moved back in the area and was craving for pizza. I ordered online, and my food was hot and delivered fast. No big tip, because you still have to go downstairs to get it. Overall, it wasn’t bad.
