I really wish I could give them a negative star for the repeated bullshit the drivers give out. They are never consistent with their pricing. One night it’s one price same ride the next day it’s a higher price. They barely ever drop me in front of my building because it’s more convenient for them to leave me across the street so they won’t have to do a u-​turn back up to there base. When u call the base for a car that takes cards somehow that’s never communicated to the driver and they charge u another car ride to the closet atm. Such horrible service I have tried called twice to make complaints and I’m either left on hold for more than 30 mins or magically the line always gets cut off.
