I have been going here for many years and have seen many people come and go. Today I will go because I have never been so angry at a place in my life. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and was actually refused services for a message If the boss was there I’m sure that would have never happened. The girl in charge is rude and always makes u feel like she is talking about you. I’ve tried many places and always came back here. I tip very well every time I go and I am infuriated the way I was treated here today.

Unfortunately I have to say that I doubt I will continue coming here.
I went the other day to do my regular reflexology/​pedicure and I found out that one of my favorite, Aida, will not be there anymore. I decided to try another lady, but unfortunately I didn’t like it!!! She was talking with her partner the whole time in their language and I couldn’t relax for nothing.
In addition, this time I decided to get a 10 minutes massage, it was not relaxing and pleasant at all and she was still talking on a high volume to a distance in the room. She was really rough and instead of enjoying it was hurting; two days later here I am with a pain on my back that it was only a minor discomfort when I got there that day. I think their massage chairs were they do the pedicure do a better job than this particular lady (the one that has a particular look different from all the ones who work in there).

I stop by because i was super early for my cavitation lipo across from them (blancazur spa) they are AMAZING!!! But Kelly was very sweet and took care of me very well, she did a pedi and mani and a mini massage while i was drying. I asked her for a specific color and she found it she made me soo happy, she was very detail her paint job is great. My feet could if needed more scrubbing to remove dead skin but besides that i think I’ll definitely return.

My Mom and I love it here! My fiancé does too=) The staff is super friendly and the place is always clean! They have a wide range of colors and top brands, like Essie, OPI and Shellac. We always request either Jenny or Bella, they are great! We have never had a bad experience here.
They also offer massages but I never had one.

I’ve always heard really good things about this nail salon and today was my first time going and I was very satisfied. Very clean and the ladies are polite and welcoming. The prices are affordable as well and you can’t go wrong with that. One thing I do suggest is making an appointment before coming in. It can get busy and they attend to you faster when you make an appointment.

My go-​to nail place !! The nail polish never chips and the pedicures are amazing. The staff are meticulous and super friendly. All services are priced fairly. Lost a star for gel nail colors… just wish they had more of a selection.

Came here today for a mani/​pedi and they were so nice. The lady who did my nails took so much time and care to make them perfect. I think I’ve found my new spot. Also, very affordable !

It’s very rare to find a good nail salon in the BX where it’s all about fake nails and no hospitality. That was until I found Crystals in Tremont. The place is a little gem in Tremont where they not only do nails and feet but also specialize in Spa treatments as well. The environment is calm, with soothing music and pleasantries. My girl Vivian is awesome with her massages and sweet smile and does an awesome job with her manis and pedis. Suggestion: try the Reflexology Pedicure ($ 25) it’s like heaven!!!

I visit here monthly because it’s clean, they have a great selection of colors and the price is right! Service is friendly and salon has a pretty interior that feels relaxing… not crazy and chaotic like some other BX nail places. Def. recommend this spot!

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon after Labor Day and it was empty. I was taken right away and received excellent service. Still a recommended spot if you’re looking for a good nail salon! They even still give massages while your nails dry!

Terrible pedicure– short and not sweet! rude service and I will never return. She basically snatched the tip out of my hand. I have sworn off this nail salon and I just moved to the Bronx from Queens and now I have no choice but to go back to queens to get a pedicure. I like pedicures where they give your feet a good scrub, this place definitely did not.

This salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. The facilities are nice enough, but the real reason I will definitely come back is because of the pricing. The salon I used to go to in Stamford, CT, charged $ 110 for UV gel tips. Crystal? $ 60! $ 7 manicures, $ 15 pedicures… you really cannot beat those prices at all. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have been going here for years. The owner is very attentive and the employees are all very friendly. The place is always spotless. I recommend the pedicures (they have very good massage chairs that you sit on during the pedicure). The massages are in private rooms with the lights turned down and pleasant music. The prices are very reasonable. I’ve never walked away unhappy. Clients are even friendly here!

After searching for a decent nail salon that treats me just as well as the next client, I finally found Crystal Nails & Spa. The staff is so friendly and the salon is super clean. They don’t have those middle of the week deals but their work is absolutely fab! Well worth the money. They work by walk-​in or appointment which is very convenient and this is the absolute FIRST nail salon that I have ever visited where no client waited for a specific technician… why?
