Went in here with my brother because he was due for a new pair of glasses. I don’t even know why we spent more than 5 minutes in here because it was a disaster, but they weren’t my glasses.
The lack of professionalism was spread throughout the store. No one knew what they were doing and had to run back and forth a hundred times to ask 3 people to answer one question.
I think the manager’s name was Jessica– and she was more concerned with hanging out with the employees than giving useful information, but maybe it was because he had full coverage insurance and she didn’t want to deal with someone who wasn’t able to spend $ 800 on a single pair of frames.
But he got an exam, found a pair he liked covered under his plan, and then we picked them up with scratches on the lenses. When I asked to speak to the person who cuts the glasses, he told the sales rep he was too busy to talk (seriously?) It wasn’t even worth the confrontation. We got out of there before further chaos ensued.
A painfully ghetto establishment.
We’ll try Lens Crafters next time.

I just picked up my second pair of designer frames (love them); but this would not have been possible without the help of my sales person Simone. I initially purchased sunglasses and my everyday glasses. I had spent a great deal of money over $$$$ and was assured an exchange in 90 days if I did not like them. I came back in a few days dissatisfied and requested a different frame I did not receive the help I needed until Simone looked at my paper work the three previous clerks did not respond to my needs (they spent over 30 minutes explaining that I could not get what I wanted). Simone saved the day but this should never have happened when their policy clearly states I had the right to get a new pair of glasses! Be careful prices are not listed you have to engage an associate to learn more.

My boyfriend and I went here to get some glasses and we were both very pleased with the customer service. The sales rep, Betty, was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the different frames we were trying out. The doctor was awesome and the manager, Jessica, was also extremely helpful.

Large selection of frames. Ana our sales associate was amazingly patient. I didn’t feel like she was just trying to make a sale. We purchased sports frames for my daughter, readers for my husband, sunnies, readers & distance glasses for myself. Thanks again Ana!
