I believed in chase but never again, they have the worst customer service who act like they actually understand your situation but don’t go above and beyond to make customers happy. I can’t believe I trusted them with my money… NEVER AGAIN!

This Chase branch is nice for the neighborhood — here’s why:
There are three ATMs open 24⁄7 with your card that have never not been functioning. Because there are a lot of shady outdoor ATMs, a bank here is a nice relief.
Frequently there are no pens, deposit slips, etc, but when the main interior branch opens there is.
Did I mention it’s right off the 6 at Elder — very convenient.
