«Excuse me. Can you tell us the price of this shirt?» I asked because it was a clearance item with an extra discount. «The prices are on the tag,» replies Elizabeth, a sales lady who’s clearly in a bad mood because she spoke back as if we interrupted something important. There are a lot of employees at this store, but getting good customer service out of any of them seems impossible. Also, the store is a mess. I thought someone was paying for something because there was a pile of clothes next to the register, and it was just clothes that hadn’t been put away. I really like Carter’s, so I’ll probably continue to buy its products, but I’m not going back to this location.
