I would come here, not so often, when I lived in Co Op City. I would only hit up this place for a breakfast sandwich which they always made so well!!! I didn’t have any of their food from their hot plate section, but it did look good and I will make sure to come back and try some when I visit again in the fall!

In Love With Their Cuban Sandwiches. Just like the ones they make in Miami Fl. I have to say they make it the best here #1best in NY. And all their other hot foods amazing & to top that off they are very clean in there

The Spanish food is ok, not bad at all. They charge about 8.00 a plate and they skimp on everything! I have gone back several times and it’s always the same. One time I ordered the beef stew and I had to end up walking out and leaving my order behind after I saw the server only gave me 3 pieces of beefstew (for 8.00? :/​).
Mind you I ordered 3 plates of food, so I was spending about $ 25.00! No thank you! On top of that, the guy behind the register stated that if I wanted more beefstew I would have to pay more! After that incident, I didn’t go back for a while! Although this is my neighborhood deli/​Spanish eatery I prefer to drive elsewhere to get better food that cost less with no issue with the amount of food being served. I did eventually go back to get a sandwich (hero roll) it was great! Therefore, I decided to go back a few weeks later. They didn’t have anymore rolls so I opted for a hero. Again, when I got home and bit into my sandwich there was hardly any meat, like wth!!! Why are they so cheap??? Mind you they charge $ 7.50 for a sandwich! Keep in mind, I am a very slim female and when I tell you they are skimpy on their food… Please believe!

I like this deli alot. But this is the second time that I go in and find people hanging around in it. These folks were behind the counter sipping red wine (I think). Where they do that at?
