Buffalo Wild Wings

Great wings and a wide assortment of televisions to watch different sporting events. For some reason, I don’t feel the same «vibe» as the other ones.

Jesus! Where can I start here! First of all I heard Buffalo Wild Wings is just around my Josie of course u got so excited and told my husband to bring me here for the first time ever. Well to get to it looks super scary, need to take an elevators right next to pecco? Ok well we go up and have a seat right away since it’s empty anyways. We order the fried pickle: extremely salty, a Guinness (which was super flat both times we got it) then the wings came which I was so excited about!!! They were terrible!!! Extremely hard we couldn’t even eat them! I hit them with the table and they made a noise! I will never come here ever again! Remember this is located at riverdale shouldn’t it be a good place? Never again!!!

I love this place !!! I go about 3 times a week and the service is great I’m a regular guest and the servers, managers and hostess always acknowledge me when I go there. Honey bbq and mild are my fav sauces, I’ve tried everything on the menu from appetizers to traditional and boneless wings and wraps, burgers. Everything is delicious. Everyone seemed to have a bad experience here except myself lol.

It’s a decent place to eat in the Bronx considering there’s not much options around the neighborhood. Been here a few times and I always go for the honey bbq or buffalo wings. Was disappointed one time they ran out of fries and celery. How is that even possible? I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but it does take them awhile to get your order in. One summer they had the A/​C blasting in one booth at the end of the corner, and we literally moved after 5 minutes sitting there. Funny this was watching each and every customer get seated there and having to move to another table every few minutes. Hostess should’ve got the hint that NOBODY wants to get their butts frozen. Overall, Its not too bad if you just want to watch a game and go ham on those wings.

A group of 4 of Us decided to grab a few beers & eat wings on a Sunday evening. Upon arriving we went straight to the bar area where we waited for about 25 minutes before a server decided to approach our table. I must also point out that the place was not as packed, there were a few empty tables around us however, we still had to go to the bar & ask them to send a server to our table. Needless, to say the beers were good & the WING’s were on point!!! We shall be returning on any other evening to enjoy good beer & yummmy wings. Oh I must point out that the manger approached our table & apologized for our long wait :)

The service was awful, took 20 min for my order to be taken. I had to get the manager involved for my order to be taken and in which I received a free drink, which is wasn’t a good tasting drink. The food was not good at all, for this place to be called Buffalo Wild Wings, these wings were the «WORST». If you are interested in trying good wings, try Bronx Ale House next door.

Service is good drinks are good. Pretty typical experience nothing to write home (or to Unilocal) about.

Shaniece was super friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm at the door. She offered us table options and promptly sat us. Before she left us at our table she told us about the wing night special. Very nice of her.
Next we waited… and waited for our server. And I’m still waiting. If I wait any longer I will change my order again most likely.
While I enjoy the ambience of the place and the food, it is disappointing that we usually wait a long time for our drinks and our food. It is also disappointing that they are frequently out of many tap beers. You know its a problem when your server is also complaining about it and supervisors inability to correctly order brews (ekk I’ll stay away from that one).
I think if we go again, it’ll have to be during the day. like a Tuesday. hoping for less people and maybe quicker service?
Either way– love the shrimp tacos. love that they offer a pretty tasty bean burger and my boyfriend is never disappointed with the wings.

this place is a JOKE. It has;
Possibly the has most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encounter in my life, It’s ridiculous.
The staff and management is completely rude.
THE FIRST TIME I’ve waited 45 minutes to be assisted, we literally had to get someone to get our attention. (Needless to say it was early noon and the place was empty).
I came here again today to give it a Second chance.
This time I came in with my nephew and nieces ‚
And we waited about 17 minutes, just to be seated because there was no one to seat us, the place was empty, we had to stop a waitress to please sit us, after we sat no one came to greet us or anything, the waitress were no even willing to make eye contact or smiling indicating our presence or that at some point we were going to be served. 10 min later still no attention, (NEWS FLASH. They have a hostess, yet she wasn’t there). I asked to the manager, the manager came over .And yes it was the same manager that I spokes to the last time because of the same issue. As he came over and gave he’s careless ‘sorry’ he went back to our waitress that was by the bar and started laughing with her while they looked at our table.
This place is a joke.
It’s literally like they’re doing YOU a favor.
Like you need them.
As a paying customer, both of my experience here were horrendous. I Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but SKIP THIS trashy location.

I was really excited when I found out they were opening up at this location. When they first opened up, I went and sat myself near the bar, and this bartender named Nicholas came over and took my order. The place wasn’t really busy but a party of seven or eight guys were also sitting at the bar and I heard them complaining about having to wait to get their drinks when the place wasn’t really busy at all, and how it wasn’t fair that they only had one person working behind the counter. I had to agree with them here. They need more employees. Nicholas finally came over and gave my drink, and I decided to place my boneless wings order. It took about 15 – 20 mins to get my order. I couldn’t understand this because as I had mentioned it wasn’t a busy day when I walked in there. When my order came out I had gotten traditional wings. I let it go but then the waiter felt bad so he gave me a free drink on the house. I notice this seems to be a major issue at all Buffalo Wild Wings. Service and management is horrible. The employees are not happy to work so why do you want to work? Stay home there’s plenty of other people who will be happy to be in your place!!!
Another time, I had placed an order for takeout over the phone. It was a Thursday so I should have received the deal on the boneless wings but whoever took my order charged me full price. It was busy when I walked in so I didn’t pay attention to the bill till I got home. This is a big mistake on my part so make sure you double check your bill when you come here. I wasn’t in the mood or felt like driving and going back to get it straightened. They were also very stingy with the sauces I’ll attach some pics. Overall I was really disappointed and haven’t gone back here after that. I won’t be returning here until changes have been made.

Huge space, plenty of room, nice bar area, and the wings are very tasty, cooked just right!
The sides, coleslaw, needs seasoning, but is ok. The onion rings are real and there so big and tasty! The French fries are shoestring size and have great flavor!

Pros: Great selection of Draft beers. Enjoy when They Host PPV sporting events! Good server staff but best of all Tabitha is the Best Bartender in town! Definitely should pay them a visit when she’s behind the bar!
Cons: sometimes we need that AC by the bar area. Don’t enjoy melting while drinking my beers lol

I’ve visited this place about 6 times since they opened. The wings are good as most Buffalo Wild Wings are. Tip– order the wing sauce on the side for extra crispiness!
Pros:
— Huge screens everywhere. This is the place to go to watch a sporting event.
— Very large space. I’ve never had to wait for a seat.
Cons:
— if you order a drink besides beer, it wont taste like much alcohol. My friend had to send a margarita back one time because it tasted like juice.
Service is average — nothing special or bad, just so so.
Overall its a decent place. Deserves a 3.5, but could only give 3 on Unilocal.:)

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one was a bit disappointing. The service was not what I’m used to when I go to BWW.
When we were sat down, we didn’t even know who our waitress was. Then when she came by she looked like she was rushing. Every order took so long to place because we were not checked on very often smh. It got to the point where we had to order things all at once in order to get any order in.
I’m just glad I was in good company in a place I enjoy, but wish the service was better.

I rarely write reviews but here’s one important one. Please don’t visit this location. This has to be one of the worst establishments to exist. I’ve had two bad experiences here and will not have a third. The first was a few Sunday’s ago I went out with the family for brunch. I asked for a high table near the bar and was refused to be seated because of «The Law» of minors near a bar. The hostess very nasty and when I asked for the manager he wasn’t to pleasant to deal with. Fine I went downstairs to The Bronx Ale house (Which is a Bar/​Restaurant) and sat with my kids close to the bar with other family and their kids and had a better meal and time.
The second was yesterday I went with friend we arrived around 12:05pm ordered our lunch. Wings and a taco and soup. We got our food almost an hour later and cold. I vowed never to return here neither should anyone else!!!

Every time we visit it’s always a very long time for your order to make it to the table you ask why so long the workers have no answers give it 2 years to improve.

Place is huge, and has screens every where which is pretty cool. I haven’t been to many Buffalo Wild Wings, but I’ll assume every one of them is like this?
I came during an NBA final game, and the place was packed. Food was good, beer was unfortunately warm, and the service? Not so good. Although our waitress was sweet, you could just tell she had too many tables to wait on. I’ll blame it on how busy the night was. I’ll give this place a second chance, so let’s see…

Ok, so I had found out about this new BWW location off hand as I was searching through Unilocal,and hey I got curious as to where exactly this could be located in Kingsbridge.
Well it turns out to be situated in a brand new shopping center which included a Subway, Smashburger (now I’m really amazed), and a gigantic BJ’s I was excited to see, that later I come to find out has not opened yet.(Boo)
Anywhos, to the review Ariana! Well, this restaurant is located on the second level of the shopping center. There is parking upstairs as well but it was not immediately clear exactly where the lot entrance was. Once we made our way up, there was a sign for Valet parking. They let us know it was free until 5pm, that’s when they charge $ 5. There was an important game or fight going on later that evening so I guess it makes sense.
This place is beautiful! Roomy, clean, and had a great layout. Everyone I came across was friendly and had a neat appearance. No sloppy uniforms or eye rolls here. Our server was Daisy. She was so cute and so sweet. She even started up small talk with us as we waited for our food to be ready. I must say that was a first, and hubby and I are total chatter boxes so we were impressed by how personable she was, sadly you don’t get that too often anymore.
We had ordered an app and a medium order of wings, everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious! It was without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at a BWW yet. I hope they are able to keep this up once they are not so new anymore and their business starts to pick up even more which I would say will be once football/​basketball start up again and of course the much anticipated BJ’s grand opening. Daisy is awesome ask for her :-)

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate my graduation!!! I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I did not know what to expect… but my boyfriend knew that I wanted a juicy bacon cheeseburger and fries! Hahaha, MY kind of food! So he decided that we would come here… I was so happy to see a Buffalo Wild Wings in this area!
Okay, so let me tell you a little bit about MY experience… Soooo, we were about to walk in, and my boyfriend was about to open the door, when a member of the Buffalo Wild Wings staff rushed to the door and opened it for us… as soon as we arrive, we were asked if we wanted to order take out or dine in… and once we informed them that we planned on eating there, we were asked where we would like to sit… How awesome is that? So after we sat EXACTLY where we wanted to, we were greeted again on a more personal level…
First, we ordered crispy, regular, boneless wings with ranch and blue cheese, and french fries… I loved it!!! I literally ate every last french fry, hahahaha! The boneless wings were nice and crispy… ahhh, thinking about it is making me hungryyy! Hahaha! My boyfriend had a frozen Margarita with that, while I had a Pepsi! His drink was nice and refreshing!
After this, I did the build your own burger thing… you know me, I had to ask for a bacon cheeseburger with a little lettuce… well done, please! I got just that, it was nice and juicyyyy! Oh, and my burger was a little PICANTE! I also got another order of fries… YUMMMM! My boyfriend got a garlic parmesan flatbread pizza… you know I had to get some of that… both orders were delicious, for realll! I got a FREE refill for my Pepsi, and my boyfriend got another drink called Buffalo Zoo, which he loved… and it was strong!
Anyways, this location has a great team!!! Every member of the staff seemed very friendly, smiling, and willing to help. Our server was extremely professional. She took her time with us, answered all questions, and made us feel welcomed… I don’t remember her name, which sucks because she deserves credit for her awesome work!
I PLAN ON RETURNING HERE! :)

Our server was pretty great, and we were seated reasonably quickly. There was only one instance where our server disappeared but apart from that she was very attentive and helpful.
The kitchen is atrocious and really needs to be whipped into shape or this location will fail quickly; Servers/​expeditors were wondering around not knowing where food went. This happened repeatedly — I would say almost every time a food order came out it went to the wrong table first. The food was fine for the most part. The wings, onion rings and beer were as expected. The nachos were disgusting and NOT nachos. They were chips and salsa with a spoon each of the cheese (Cheez Whiz??), beans and meat randomly thrown in there. That’s it, a tiny spoon each. Do not order nachos here.
I’m going to take a page from the Cannes book and say Boo.
