I got a Groupon for janitorial services in my home. The first cleaning went great, but when it came time to schedule the second cleaning, no one would answer the phone and they wouldn’t take the groupon. I was very disappointed with their customer service.

I signed up for a great deal on Groupon but asked them to refund my money. I attempted to make an appt and after providing my voucher info, did not receive any response back after several attempts to confirm. I waited on the day that we had discussed and no one showed up. I called and no one answered or called back. I will definitely not deal with this again, great price or not.
