This is my neighborhood Liquor Store and I think the selection is Great! They have good hours, a NYS Lottery machine and scratch offs. They have a pretty nice selection of wines and always carry my favorite, Appleton Estates-​Jamaican Rum, the white and brown variety. They also have a really cool, helpful, charasmatic and handsome sales assistant — Latin guy-​wink, «Hey Mami, you need any help?» yep, he is worth dropping in just to ask a question or two– smile! Plus the owner is the nicest guy and the ladies at the register are always friendly.

One of the best liquor stores I’ve been to in the Bronx not only due to their customer service, but they really listen to customers with regards to product requests. Besides having a New York State lottery machine on their premises, this is the largest store of its kind in Co-​op City. The store carries a wide selection of wines and liquors, especially an impressive selection of rums, bourbons, vodkas, and whiskeys. I’ve spoken with management in the past and they have been receptive in my feedback that they brought some brands that are hard to find and I was impressed by their actions. Other places will simply ignore you and order what they they think the public likes, but the store’s management did listen and that left such a lasting impression on this business. When businesses listen, you will see results and loyal customers returning.
