This practice is horrible! Ive been seeing Dr. B. Patterson for some time there and have had several issues. The wait time is always 1hr+, the staff is extremely rude and seem unsure of standard office practice. Its been more than 1 occassion i’v made an appt for Dr. Patterson and had it cancelled last minute or find out when i arrive to the office, that shes not there. After 3months for an appointment thats unacceptable! The staff calls to cancel appts and if you dont answer, they dont leave messages. That defeats the purpose of calling. I will no longer patronize her or her practice. They need to have more consideration for their customers

I had an appointment for 2pm and was not seem till after 4pm. The receptionist are rude. This place needs better scheduling managements.

They constantly overbook. Every time I went, I had a scheduled appointment. The first time, I went there were 9 people ahead of me. The second time 7, and the third time, they refused to tell me how many people were ahead of me. When I final saw the doctor, I had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen.
