The UPS Store

I went into the UPS store to have something notarized, the lady working there was nothing but rude and suggested I go somewhere else, when I questioned her filling out a portion of the insurance form, that I thought was to be filled out by me. I did have her notarize, but that will be our last time to set foot in this store, as we have had poor experiences there numerous times.

They are friendly but as i read the previous review i do realize its true they dont have much supplies out, nevertheless whenever i needed taping or pens they do it for me. I value friendliness so this is my store

I ship a lot of stuff. I’m a girl so I shop a lot and when stores are closed I go online of course. And I end up shipping a lot of stuff back. Anywho I saw this ups store as I was on my way home today and remembered I had a return package to send. So I hopped in. I was greeted by a lady who seemed nice. Then like always I go in needing tape and either a marker or pen. She informed me that they have «comunity» box and you drop money into it when you use the «community» box. I smiled and said I wish I had money and then grabbed the box and starting taping. I’ve used ups many many times and fedex as well. I told her as I was finishing that usually they have tape out for others to use. She told me each store is independantly owned and they all do it their «own» way I handed her my prepaid return box as she smirked and said thanks. Leaving I laughed to myself as I thought about having to insert a quarter for air. Good gravy and they wonder why small businesses go under when the shops around then are blooming. Steer clear of this ups if your that greedy with tape lord know how my box is going to be treated.
