Experience here was absolutely terrible. It took them 45 minutes to get ONE quesadilla. Customer service was incredibly below average and no one seemed to do anything to remedy the issue and nonetheless serve the growing line at the door.

My family and I choose to frequent this Taco Bueno over the one at 101st and Elm because it is managed better. The service is slow at times, but your order is always correct and the food is always hot. The restaurant is much cleaner too. Taco Bueno is great for cheap easy Mexican food.

Food was ok at best. It was the service and atmosphere that had this a bad visit. My wife came thru their drive thru and when she it home the chips were missing. I went ahead and came up here to get the chips and a couple of extra tacos and the store was a wreck. Every staff member looked like they hated their job. One guy had his pants sagging and his iPod in his ear. I saw one employee shirt out it all of them and it was dirty. Never looked like it had been washed from the time she got it. Counters were sticky and the floor needed to be swept. I will never go to this store again. Horrible experience.

Quick Mexican food and in a rush, then you’ll dig Taco Bueno. Good tacos and fresh food made fresh everyday. Decent price and the servers are more often than not nice.

My wife and I ate at this location the other day and the store was very dirty and in need of some TLC. The food was fairly fast, but just looking around the restaurant, you could tell that it had been neglected. We sat at a small booth towards the back of the store and right by the condiment bar. As I was eating my lunch, I asked my wife if she smelt an odder. Right behind or booth, reeked of trash smell. The condiment bar pico looked as if it had been frozen more than once and had some age to it. All and all, we were not impressed and we will not be going back to this location again anytime soon.

If I have to hear one more person talk about how GOOD(?) Taco Bueno is, I’d have to punch somebody’s lights out. Saying Taco Bueno is good is like saying you like kicking babies. Ugh it is horrid. First of all, where do they find, the rudest, crack addicts to work here? gross. Second, to think this stuff is Mexican, you would have to be on crack yourself. It cheap, that’s true… but salmonella poisoning is not. I mean, sure. I have eaten at some very shady places… but, at least when I lived in California we had food safety guidlines and letter grades at each place. I took a risk eating here and I survived, barely.

I love Taco Bueno. I don’t care what anyone else thinks, its my favorite mexican fast food in the country. Bueno is open late, which is perfect after a night out and all you feel like doing before you go to sleep is to wolf down something unhealthy. I always get the Beef Potato Burrito and this time I also go a Beef Quesadilla. The Beef Potato Burrito is stuffed with lettuce, onion, queso, sour cream and a crispy hash brown style potato wedge. Absolutely amazing. I could like ten of these if I had something to prove. The Beef Quesadilla is also awesome. I am just a fan of the ground beef here. I could eat it on anything. I like the Quesadilla much better here than Taco Bell. Bell has this weird sauce on it and the tortilla’s are normally as fresh as Bueno’s are. So eat here on the go or for a late night snack. Taco Good!
