Disappointing. The cleaning was mediocre at best. Employee kept taking photos, trying to sell me on how good the floor looked… of course it looked good, wet wood always like better!
I Woul have appreciated a little less effort at up selling and a lot more effort cleaning. They did not vacuum up residue and left both outside doors propped open. Not only will I never use this service again, I will also strongly advise others from doing so.

When you make an appointment obviously if they say between 9 AM and 1 PM it could be 12:55 PM before they get there. They were in and out within 40 minutes. They hit all the bad spots and did three rooms 10×10 17×15 and 17×23 feet. That’s a lot of space and I vacuum well before they come out and I clear out the furniture. Looks great! I would recommend always doing the deodorizer! It is water after all and some dampness after and will have some smell, for sure if you have pets until it drys.

The crew arrived at the house on time. This was a vacant home with heavy traffic pattern wear, stains and just dirty. They have it looking as good as is possible to have. They were able to get out spots that seemed permanent. Great job!
