Gave this store another try. The wife needed a new phone so she went into this location without talking to me first. She decided on the I-Phone 6. Neither of us know anything about this type of device. Thats suck because a manual did NOT come with it. Not to mention it took over 4 hour before the phone would activate. The sales clerk Alisha was great. She did apologize several times for the problems with server. Stuff happens beyond their control however the absence of a user manual is the reason for the three stars. Maybe they need to mention that to future customers if they want a five star rating
