Yesterday, I went in to buy some fabric for the back of a quilt. I asked the woman at the cutting table to cut two, two yard pieces for me. When I came home, I found I had accidentally been given one piece of fabric that was just under three yards. So today, I went back to get the problem fixed. The manager asked me to wait while she went off with the person who had been working the cutting table. After about ten minutes, the manager came back and told me that she had looked at the video surveillance when I had checked out and looked at the folded piece of fabric I checked out with and said that it «looked to be about four yards». Despite the fact that it is physically impossible to look at a folded piece of fabric and determine the length, she insisted that it was impossible for someone to have made a mistake. Then she told me that she felt the fabric had been cut after it was purchased and accused me of stealing! Not only did they refuse to fix their mistake, but they wouldn’t even refund me the money because the manager felt the fabric had been cut with scissors that were«duller than the ones we use.» I was so angry, I posted about my experience on my facebook and got multiple replies from friends and ladies in my quilt guild who had the exact same thing happen to them. Outrageous! Horrible customer service and any issue is assumed to be the customer’s fault so they can keep the money!

Store is very nice however the service sucked. I could not find a single sole to help except with Christmas trees. I know most people come here with a purpose and know what they want. Well I didn’t know where to find it and never did. Asked the cashier and she paged twice and no one showed up. Won’t be back.

The selection here is so much better in my opinion then the one on Memorial. I always find what I need, from frames, to pictures, to holiday décor and even party supplies! Its easy to find and the lay out is great! I have no issues when I return items, and such a nice staff when you check out! The lady loved a pic I had framed here! Such a wonderful new find in my world. Never been to a Hobby Lobby till I moved to Oklahoma! Love them!
