Simply awful. Hired for a small tiling job, because my health no longer allows DIY. Should have thrown them out when I saw them start by tiling the perimeter, rather than setting a pair of straight lines, but they were «professionals,“so… The first try ended with a 1» spacer tile, right in the middle of the floor. We made them fix that, but around the corner, not visible without walking on wet adhesive, we later found numerous mis-​aligned tiles, and uneven grout lines. Rather than have this obvious amateur attempt to put it right, we just paid him off, just to get him out of the house. NEVER AGAIN. Do not let this man ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOME!
