This was the worst dental service so far. Place is dirty! Blood on chairs!!! n I’ll never return, even if free!

I’m pretty impressed with this place. I haven’t had any work done here myself yet, but John has twice and both times they have all been helpful and pretty fast with getting him done and sent home. The first time we went their the receptionist seemed alright, but a little snarky at the clients in the waiting room. Yesterday when we went the receptionist was very polite and had a smile on her face when she made eye contact with any of the clients in the front. It’s a pretty clean environment, even though they probably needed to run a vacuum through the front reception area. We live in West Tulsa and drive all of the way to Broken Arrow to come to this place. John says, «I like that the doctor I see doesn’t try to upsell me or talk me into different options. If I say pull a tooth he just does it.» I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to see a decent dentist.

Got a competent dentist whom had wonderful assistants, but his manners left much to be desired. Saw him 2 times and he was equally rude both times. The second time he grabbed my hurt pierced lip without permission and talked badly about me to his assistant as if I weren’t there! The desk staff are not very social or nice either for the most part. And when asked about insurance, once they hear you’ll be paying in cash or credit for the time being, you can feel a drop in the care. You’re treated a bit like a stamp on a punch out card. My husband needs a new dentist((He has full insurance)), but won’t go because he hears about mine. So I think I’ll just take our business somewhere where they actually care to take care of and keep their clients. Once again must stress how nice the assistant and teeth cleaner I met were! It’s just a shame. =[
